[ARM] t2_so_imm_neg had a subtle bug in the conversion, and could trigger UB by negating (int)-2147483648. By pure luck, none of the pre-existing tests triggered this; so I'm adding one.

Convert CodeGen/*/*.ll tests to use the new CHECK-LABEL for easier debugging. No functionality change and all tests pass after conversion.

This was done with the following sed invocation to catch label lines demarking function boundaries:
sed -i '' "s/^;\( *\)\([A-Z0-9_]*\):\( *\)test\([A-Za-z0-9_-]*\):\( *\)$/;\1\2-LABEL:\3test\4:\5/g" test/CodeGen/*/*.ll
which was written conservatively to avoid false positives rather than false negatives. I scanned through all the changes and everything looks correct.

Major changes to Thumb (not Thumb2). Many 16-bit instructions either modifies CPSR when they are outside the IT blocks, or they can predicated when in Thumb2. Move the implicit def of CPSR to an optional def which defaults CPSR. This allows the 's' bit to be toggled dynamically.

A side-effect of this change is asm printer is now using unified assembly. There are some minor clean ups and fixes as well.
