LemonBoy fd14a1f6ff [clang][Frontend] Add missing error handling
Some early errors during the ASTUnit creation were not transferred to the `FailedParseDiagnostic` so when the code in `LoadFromCommandLine` swaps its content with the content of `StoredDiagnostics` they cannot be retrieved by the user in any way.

Adam Czachorowski e2d61ae573 Correctly set CompilingPCH in PrecompilePreambleAction.
This fixes a crash bug in clangd when used with modules. ASTWriter would
end up writing references to submodules into the PCH file, but upon
reading the submodules would not exists and
HeaderFileInfoTrait::ReadData would crash.

Reid Kleckner e08464fb45 Avoid including FileManager.h from SourceManager.h
Most clients of SourceManager.h need to do things like turning source
locations into file & line number pairs, but this doesn't require
bringing in FileManager.h and LLVM's FS headers.

The main code change here is to sink SM::createFileID into the cpp file.
I reason that this is not performance critical because it doesn't happen
on the diagnostic path, it happens along the paths of macro expansion
(could be hot) and new includes (less hot).

Saves some includes:
    309 - /usr/local/google/home/rnk/llvm-project/clang/include/clang/Basic/FileManager.h
    272 - /usr/local/google/home/rnk/llvm-project/clang/include/clang/Basic/FileSystemOptions.h
    271 - /usr/local/google/home/rnk/llvm-project/llvm/include/llvm/Support/VirtualFileSystem.h
    267 - /usr/local/google/home/rnk/llvm-project/llvm/include/llvm/Support/FileSystem.h

Benjamin Kramer adcd026838 Make llvm::StringRef to std::string conversions explicit.
This is how it should've been and brings it more in line with
std::string_view. There should be no functional change here.

This is mostly mechanical from a custom clang-tidy check, with a lot of
manual fixups. It uncovers a lot of minor inefficiencies.

This doesn't actually modify StringRef yet, I'll do that in a follow-up.

Jonas Devlieghere 2b3d49b610 [Clang] Migrate llvm::make_unique to std::make_unique
Now that we've moved to C++14, we no longer need the llvm::make_unique
implementation from STLExtras.h. This patch is a mechanical replacement
of (hopefully) all the llvm::make_unique instances across the monorepo.

Nikolai Kosjar 8edd8da487 [libclang] Allow skipping warnings from all included files
Depending on the included files and the used warning flags, e.g. -
Weverything, a huge number of warnings can be reported for included
files. As processing that many diagnostics comes with a performance
impact and not all clients are interested in those diagnostics, add a
flag to skip them.

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Vedant Kumar fd9fad9e02 [Frontend] Fix printing policy for AST context loaded from file
In ASTUnit::LoadFromASTFile, the context object is set up using
default-constructed LangOptions (which only later get populated). As the
language options are used in the constructor of PrintingPolicy, this
needs to be updated explicitly after the language options are available.
