Oscar Fuentes 632ad9bfe6 Don't show -pedantic, -W and -Wall on the output of 
llvm-config --cflags --cxxflags --cppflags

We shouldn't impose those flags on people who use llvm-config for
building their own projects.

Devang Patel 39bd6cebcd Do not include DataTypes.h in llvm-c/lto.h. 
This means avoid using uint32_t. This patch reverts r112200 and fixes original  problem by fixing argument type in lto.cpp.

Chris Lattner bf0aa927cc split dom frontier handling stuff out to its own DominanceFrontier header, 
so that Dominators.h is *just* domtree.  Also prune #includes a bit.

NAKAMURA Takumi 495afdffd7 autoconf: Add --disable-embed-stdcxx to suppress linking libstdc++.a into llvm.dll with --enable-shared on Cygming. 
Cygwin has stdc++.dll in it's distribution, and we can assume distro's stdc++.dll might be available.
