Fangrui Song b159906a9a [test] Change llvm-readobj -long-option to --long-option or well-known short options. NFC 
Also change some options that have different semantics (cause confusion) in llvm-readelf mode:

-s => -S
-t => --symbols
-sd => --section-data

Simon Atanasyan d10a5ea19e [ELF] Do not adjust TLS symbol value when produce relocatable object 
When the linker generates a relocatable object there is no TLS program
header and we should not adjust TLS symbols value.
