Guillaume Chatelet 48904e9452 [Alignment] Use llvm::Align in MachineFunction and TargetLowering - fixes mir parsing
Summary:
This catches malformed mir files which specify alignment as log2 instead of pow2.
See https://reviews.llvm.org/D65945 for reference,

This is patch is part of a series to introduce an Alignment type.
See this thread for context: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-July/133851.html
See this patch for the introduction of the type: https://reviews.llvm.org/D64790

Puyan Lotfi 43e94b15ea Followup on Proposal to move MIR physical register namespace to '$' sigil.
Discussed here:

http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2018-January/120320.html

In preparation for adding support for named vregs we are changing the sigil for
physical registers in MIR to '$' from '%'. This will prevent name clashes of
named physical register with named vregs.

Matthias Braun 1eb473680a MachineFunctionProperties/MIRParser: Rename AllVRegsAllocated->NoVRegs, compute it
Rename AllVRegsAllocated to NoVRegs. This avoids the connotation of
running after register and simply describes that no vregs are used in
a machine function. With that we can simply compute the property and do
not need to dump/parse it in .mir files.

Matthias Braun f1b20c5225 MachineRegisterInfo/MIR: Initialize tracksSubRegLiveness early, do not print/parser it
tracksSubRegLiveness only depends on the Subtarget and a cl::opt, there
is not need to change it or save/parse it in a .mir file.
Make the field const and move the initialization LiveIntervalAnalysis to the
MachineRegisterInfo constructor. Also cleanup some code and fix some
instances which better use MachineRegisterInfo::subRegLivenessEnabled() instead
of TargetSubtargetInfo::enableSubRegLiveness().

Matthias Braun 79f85b3b8f MIRParser/MIRPrinter: Compute isSSA instead of printing/parsing it.
Specifying isSSA is an extra line at best and results in invalid MI at
worst. Compute the value instead.

Matthias Braun 571e3481e7 test: Always treat .mir files as tests even outside of CodeGen/MIR
We missed a handful of .mir tests that existed outside the
test/CodeGen/MIR directory.

Also fix the three powerpc .mir tests that nobody noticed were broken.

Hal Finkel 2d55698ed7 [PowerPC/MIR Serialization] Target flags serialization support
Add support for MIR serialization of PowerPC-specific operand target flags
(based on the generic infrastructure added in r244185 and r245383).

I won't even pretend that this is good test coverage, but this includes the
regression test associated with r246372. Adding an MIR test for that fix is far
superior to adding an IR-level test because particular instruction-scheduling
decisions are necessary in order to expose the bug, and using an MIR test we
can start the pipeline post-scheduling.
