Summary:
This fixes bugzilla bug 24656. Fixes the case where there is a forward
reference to a global variable using an ID (i.e. @0). It does this by
passing the address space of the initializer pointer for which the
forward referenced global is used.

Add RUN line for `verify-uselistorder` to every test in `test/Assembly`,
unless it's a negative check (assembler rejects it) or verification
fails.
There are three files that verification fails on (so I've left out the
RUN lines):
- 2002-08-22-DominanceProblem.ll
- ConstantExprFold.ll
- ConstantExprFoldCast.ll
This is part of PR5680.

Before, the parser would assert on the following code:
@a2 = global i8 addrspace(1)* @a
@a = addrspace(1) global i8 0
because the type of @a was "i8*" instead of "i8 addrspace(1)*" when parsing
the initializer for @a2.
