Chris Lattner dc4e913be9 [PatternMatch] Big mechanical rename OwningRewritePatternList -> RewritePatternSet and insert -> add. NFC 
This doesn't change APIs, this just cleans up the many in-tree uses of these
names to use the new preferred names.  We'll keep the old names around for a
couple weeks to help transitions.

Sean Silva e2d7d3cb0e [mlir][docs] Bring bufferization docs up to date. 
This spilts out BufferDeallocationInternals.md, since buffer
deallocation is not part of bufferization per se.

Julian Gross 0313e3bfe6 [MLIR] Added documentation and manual to use bufferization features. 
Added documentation about the bufferization features.
Furthermore, the usage of pre- and post-processing is described.
This also includes information about optimization functionalities.
