Strip dead code when linking by default with BFD ld (linux, ...) and ld64 (os x).

This reduces the size of clang-format from 22 MB to 1.8 MB, diagtool goes from
21 MB to 2.8 MB, libclang.so goes from 29 MB to 20 MB, etc. The size of the
bin/ folder shrinks from 270 MB to 200 MB.
Targets that support plugins and don't already use EXPORTED_SYMBOL_FILE
(which libclang and libLTO already do) can set NO_DEAD_STRIP to opt out.

Manually update the dependencies in the Makefiles. It turns out that all

that work on the LLVMBuild based dependency specification didn't
actually work, we just now maintain dependencies in *3* places instead
of 2. Yay.
There may still be some missing dependencies, I'm still sifting through
the bots and my builds, but this is a step in the right direction.

Stop building RTTI information for *most* llvm libraries. Notable

missing ones are libsupport, libsystem and libvmcore. libvmcore is
currently blocked on bugpoint, which uses EH. Once it stops using
EH, we can switch it off.
This #if 0's out 3 unit tests, because gtest requires RTTI information.
Suggestions welcome on how to fix this.

This allows LLVMTranform and LLVMTransformUtils to be archives and linked

1. Remove libraries no longer created from the list of libraries linked into the

SparcV9 JIT.
2. Make LLVMTransformUtils a relinked object file and always link it before
LLVMAnalysis.a. These two libraries have circular dependencies on each
other which creates problem when building the SparcV9 JIT. This change
fixes the dependency on all platforms problems with a minimum of fuss.

Make the CBackend actually get included in llc by using USEDLIBS instead of

USEDLIB as the variable to which "CBackend" is appended. The surrounding
if clause is safe because currently the configure script ensures that the
CBackend target is always added to TARGETS_TO_BUILD. By using a non-hard
coded construct in the makefile, we gain uniformity and the ability to
change the default set of targets by only changing the configure script.

Implement the --enable-targets= feature of the configure script. The make

variable TARGETS_TO_BUILD is used to determine which targets in lib/Target
are built and which libraries are linked into llc. This effectively
implements the feature. One item remains: disabling targets in the dejagnu
test suite.
