When all provided source files are filtered out either due to `--ignore-filename-regex` or not part of binary, don't generate coverage reults for all source files. Because if users want to generate coverage results for all source files, they don't even need to provid selected source files or `--ignore-filename-regex`.

This reverts commit c2bd20ef652 and the follow up fix 16605bba6fb.
The tools/llvm-cov/warnings.h continues to fail on Windows platforms even
after the follow up, for example on the llvm-clang-win-x-armv7l builder:
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/#/builders/60/builds/94
`/dev/null` is treated as regualar file on Windows.
native_separators.c line 11 used relative path which was not correct but worked before because when `SourceFiles` is empty, it add all source files into `SourceFiles`.
Summary:
This patch adds the -path-equivalence option (example: llvm-cov show -path-equivalence=/origin/path,/local/path) which maps the source code path from one machine to another when using `llvm-cov show`. This is similar to the -filename-equivalence option, but doesn't require you to specify all the source files on the command line.
This allows you to generate the coverage data on one machine (e.g. in a CI system), and then use llvm-cov on another machine where you have the same code base on a different path.

When we load coverage data from multiple objects, we don't have a way to
attribute a source object to a function record. Printing out the object
filename next to the source filename is already not very useful: soon,
it'll actually become misleading. Stop printing out the filename now.

It's still breaking this bot (though, it looks like it always had been):

This time, add quotes around llvm-{cov,config} so that lit won't expand
them.
Thanks to Reid for suggesting the patch!

This test should have broken after r280896. Fix up the test case
speculatively, since I don't have a way to test it.
I wonder why I didn't get any angry bot emails about this. Maybe none of
the win32 bots test llvm-cov? That could explain it, since the test says
it 'REQUIRES: system-windows', which is restricted to win32 hosts.
Also: why is 'system-windows' not defined for non-win32 Windows bots?

This patch provides easy navigation to find the zero count lines, especially useful when the source file is very large.

The coverage reports contain the source or binary file paths. On Windows,
the file path might contain the seperators of both '/' and '\'. This patch
uses the native path in the coverage reports. For example, on Windows,
all '/' are converted to '\'.
