Reid Kleckner 96f8f9339d MS ABI: Mangle member pointer template arguments
Member pointers are mangled as they would be represented at runtime.
They can be a single integer literal, single decl, or a tuple with some
more numbers tossed in. With Clang today, most of those numbers will be
zero because we reject pointers to members of virtual bases.

This change required moving VTableContextBase ownership from
CodeGenVTables to ASTContext, because mangling now depends on vtable
layout.

I also hoisted the inheritance model helpers up to be inline static
methods of MSInheritanceAttr. This makes the AST code that deals with
member pointers much more readable.

MSVC doesn't appear to have stable manglings of null member pointers:
- Null data memptrs in function templates have a mangling collision with
the first field of a non-polymorphic single inheritance class.
- The mangling of null data memptrs changes if you add casts.
- Large null function memptrs in class templates crash MSVC.

Clang uses the class template mangling for null data memptrs and the
function template mangling for null function memptrs to deal with this.

Alexander Kornienko e88421b6f7 Fix an invalid check for duplicate option categories.
Summary:
The check performed in the comparator is invalid, as some STL
implementations enforce strict weak ordering by calling the comparator with the
same value. This check was also in a wrong place: the assertion would only fire
when -help was used. The new check is performed each time the category is
registered (we are not going to have thousands of them, so it's fine to do it in
O(N^2)).

Logan Chien d5c48aa3d3 ARM: Resolve thumb_bl fixup in same MCFragment.
In Thumb1 mode, bl instruction might be selected for branches between
basic blocks in the function if the offset is greater than 2KB.
However, this might cause SEGV because the destination symbol
is not marked as thumb function and the execution mode will be reset
to ARM mode.

Since we are sure that these symbols are in the same data fragment, we
can simply resolve these local symbols, and don't emit any relocation
information for this bl instruction.

Todd Fiala 4ccfe392ed Fix configure to find arc4random via header files.
ISSUE:

On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, arc4random is provided by libbsd.so, which is a
transitive dependency of libedit. If a system had libedit on it that
was implemented in terms of libbsd.so, then the arc4random test,
previously implemented as a linker test, would succeed with -ledit.
However, on Ubuntu this would also require a #include <bsd/stdlib.h>.
This caused a build breakage on configure-based Ubuntu 12.04 with
libedit installed.

FIX:

This fix changes configure to test for arc4random by searching for it
in the standard header files. On Ubuntu 12.04, this test now properly
fails to find arc4random as it is not defined in the default header
locations. It also tweaks the #define names to match the output of the
header check command, which is slightly different than the linker
function check #defines.

I tested the following scenarios:

(1) Ubuntu 12.04 without the libedit package [did not find arc4random,
as expected]

(2) Ubuntu 12.04 with libedit package [properly did not find
arc4random, as expected]

(3) Ubuntu 12.04 with most recent libedit, custom built, and not
dependent on libbsd.so [properly did not find arc4random, as
expected].

(4) FreeBSD 10.0B1 [properly found arc4random, as expected]

ScriptInterpreterPython caches the lldb.embedded_interpreter module, and since it caches it in a refcounting-safe PythonObject, the refcount will appropriately go down 1 every time a ScriptInterpreterPython is deallocated
However, we were only importing the module once - in InitializePrivate(). In a handful of interpreter creations, the refcount on the run_one_line function would end up at 0, causing LLDB to crash
This fixes it by also importing the module for every interpreter, which ensures correct refcounting

r200744 moved this into cmake/config-ix.cmake, so that it would happen very
early in the build process. However, standalone builds of Clang and other
external projects never include this file (which is correct).

Now, -stdlib=libc++ and the LLVM_COMPILER_IS_GCC_COMPATIBLE option are
both set in a new include file, HandleLLVMStdlib, which is included by
both config-ix.cmake and HandleLLVMOptions.cmake. This preserves existing
behavior for projects relying on HandleLLVMOptions and still does the
right thing for builds of LLVM itself.

John McCall 9b595db16d Tighten lax vector-conversion rules and enforce them consistently.
When a lax conversion featured a vector and a non-vector, we were
only requiring the non-vector to be a scalar type, but really it
needs to be a real type (i.e. integral or real floating); it is
not reasonable to allow a pointer, member pointer, or complex
type here.

r198474 required lax conversions to match in "data size", i.e.
element size * element count, forbidding matches that happen
only because a vector is rounded up to the nearest power of two
in size. Unfortunately, the erroneous logic was repeated in
several different places; unify them to use the new condition,
so that it triggers for arbitrary conversions and not just
those performed as part of binary operator checking.
