Ulrich Weigand e5f9405842 Never use .lcomm on platforms where it does not accept an alignment 
argument.  Instead, use a pair of .local and .comm directives.

This avoids spurious differences between binaries built by the
integrated assembler vs. those built by the external assembler,
since the external assembler may impose alignment requirements
on .lcomm symbols where the integrated assembler does not.

Benjamin Kramer 6397051ece Don't drop alignment info on local common symbols. 
- On COFF the .lcomm directive has an alignment argument.
- On ELF we fall back to .local + .comm

Based on a patch by NAKAMURA Takumi.

Fixes PR9337, PR9483 and PR10128.

Chris Lattner 189ca1498f don't emit the symbol name twice for local bss and common 
symbols.  For example, don't emit:
        .comm   _i,4,2                  ## @i
                                        ## @i

instead emit:
        .comm   _i,4,2                  ## @i

Rafael Espindola 1557fd6d39 Write the section table and the section data in the same order that 
gun as does. This makes it a lot easier to compare the output of both
as the addresses are now a lot closer.

Evan Cheng dfce83c8f5 Materialize GA addresses with movw + movt pairs for Darwin in PIC mode. e.g. 
movw    r0, :lower16:(L_foo$non_lazy_ptr-(LPC0_0+4))
        movt    r0, :upper16:(L_foo$non_lazy_ptr-(LPC0_0+4))
LPC0_0:
        add     r0, pc, r0

It's not yet enabled by default as some tests are failing. I suspect bugs in
down stream tools.
