Fangrui Song 6b3351792c [test] Add {{.*}} to make tests immune to dso_local/dso_preemptable/(none) differences
For a definition (of most linkage types), dso_local is set for ELF -fno-pic/-fpie
and COFF, but not for Mach-O.  This nuance causes unneeded binary format differences.

This patch replaces (function) `define ` with `define{{.*}} `,
(variable/constant/alias) `= ` with `={{.*}} `, or inserts appropriate `{{.*}} `
if there is an explicit linkage.

* Clang will set dso_local for Mach-O, which is currently implied by TargetMachine.cpp. This will make COFF/Mach-O and executable ELF similar.
* Eventually I hope we can make dso_local the textual LLVM IR default (write explicit "dso_preemptable" when applicable) and -fpic ELF will be similar to everything else. This patch helps move toward that goal.

Issues were introduced as discussed in https://reviews.llvm.org/D88241
where this change made previous bugs in the linker and BitCodeWriter

Matt Arsenault 55c4ff91bd OpaquePtr: Add type to sret attribute
Make the corresponding change that was made for byval in
b7141207a4. Like byval, this requires a
bulk update of the test IR tests to include the type before this can
be mandatory.

Erik Pilkington de98cf92e3 [CodeGen] Add an alignment attribute to all sret parameters
This fixes a miscompile when the parameter is actually underaligned.

Tim Northover a009a60a91 IR: print value numbers for unnamed function arguments
For consistency with normal instructions and clarity when reading IR,
it's best to print the %0, %1, ... names of function arguments in
definitions.

Also modifies the parser to accept IR in that form for obvious reasons.

Tim Northover c46827c7ed LLVM IR: Generate new-style byval-with-Type from Clang
LLVM IR recently added a Type parameter to the byval Attribute, so that
when pointers become opaque and no longer have an element type the
information will still be present in IR.

For now the Type parameter is optional (which is why Clang didn't need
this change at the time), but it will become mandatory soon.

Eli Friedman ee94534662 Simplify code for returning a struct for Darwin x86-32 ABI. Use a better type for a function returning a struct containing only a pointer. Handle the edge case of a struct containing only a float or double plus some dead padding instead of asserting.

John McCall a5efa7386a Track whether an AggValueSlot is potentially aliased, and do not
emit call results into potentially aliased slots.  This allows us
to properly mark indirect return slots as noalias, at the cost
of requiring an extra memcpy when assigning an aggregate call
result into a l-value.  It also brings us into compliance with
the x86-64 ABI.

Chris Lattner e76b95ae15 make the x86-32 backend specify a byval alignment, even when the
code generator will do it.  With this patch, clang compiles the example
in PR9794 to not have an alloca temporary.

John McCall a1dee5300b Experiment with using first-class aggregates to represent member function
pointers.  I find the resulting code to be substantially cleaner, and it
makes it very easy to use the same APIs for data member pointers (which I have
conscientiously avoided here), and it avoids a plethora of potential
inefficiencies due to excessive memory copying, but we'll have to see if it
actually works.

Chris Lattner 3baada6fd7 Pass the globaldecl into GetOrCreateLLVMFunction so that llvm
function attributes like byval get applied to the function 
definition. This fixes PR7058 and makes i386 llvm/clang bootstrap 
pass all the same tests as x86-64 bootstrap for me (the llvmc 
tests still fail in both).

Chris Lattner 9cffdf1331 don't slap noalias attribute on stret result arguments.
This mirror's Dan's patch for llvm-gcc in r97989, and
fixes the miscompilation in PR6525.  There is some contention
over whether this is the right thing to do, but it is the
conservative answer and demonstrably fixes a miscompilation.
