Daniel Sanders	ef638fea2d	[mips] Print warning when using register names not available in N32/64 Summary: The register names t4-t7 are not available in the N32 and N64 ABIs. This patch prints a warning, when those names are used in N32/64, along with a fix-it with the correct register names. Jordan Rose	e8f1eaea8a	Change SMRange to be half-open (exclusive end) instead of closed (inclusive) This is necessary not only for representing empty ranges, but for handling multibyte characters in the input. (If the end pointer in a range refers to a multibyte character, should it point to the beginning or the end of the character in a char array?)
