Chandler Carruth	5da53436d5	Convert the uses of '\|&' to use '2>&1 \|' instead, which works on old versions of Bash. In addition, I can back out the change to the lit built-in shell test runner to support this. Frits van Bommel	16ebe77be0	Fix PR 4170 by having ExtractValueInst::getIndexedType() reject out-of-bounds indexing. Also add asserts that the indices are valid in InsertValueInst::init().
