While running this test on a bare metal target, I got an error as 'sleep' was not available on that system. As 'sleep' call is not doing anything useful for cases when _LIBCXXABI_HAS_NO_THREADS is defined. This patch puts it under this check.

We used <iostream> in several places where we don't actually need the
full power of <iostream>, and where using basic `std::printf` is enough.
This is better, since `std::printf` can be supported on systems that don't
have a notion of locales, while <iostream> can't.
to reflect the new license. These used slightly different spellings that
defeated my regular expressions.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

_LIBCPP_ENABLE_CXX17_REMOVED_UNEXPECTED_FUNCTIONS is currently used to
bring back std::unexpected, which is removed in C++17, but still needed
for libc++abi for backward compatibility.
This macro used to define in cxa_exception.cpp only, but actually
needed for all sources that touches exceptions.
So, a build-system-level macro is better fit to define this macro.

This patch refactors all pthread uses of libc++abi into a separate API. This
is the first step towards supporting an externlly-threaded libc++abi library.
I've followed the conventions already used in the libc++ library for the same
purpose.
