Nico Weber 5416fc014a [gn build] make building on an arm mac work 
Currently requires `llvm_targets_to_build = [ "X86", "AArch64" ]`:
building just the host arch (i.e. aarch64) causes some linker errors.

Nico Weber d59857c334 gn build: Let get.py keep zip file in memory instead of using a temp file 
The zip is small, and it's a bit less code this way.
No intended behavior change.

Nico Weber 38e6bcc14b gn build: Unbreak get.py and gn.py on Windows 
`os.uname()` doesn't exist on Windows, so use `platform.machine()` which
returns `os.uname()[4]` on non-Win and (on 64-bit systems) "AMD64" on Windows.
Also use `sys.platform` instead of `platform` to check for Windows-ness for the
file extension in gn.py (get.py got this right).

Nico Weber 285becfa4c gn build: Add get.py script to download prebuilt gn, make gn.py run downloaded gn if gn is not on PATH 
Prebuilts are available for x86_64 Linux, macOS, Windows. The script always
pulls the latest GN version.
