-t is --symbols in llvm-readobj but --section-details (unimplemented) in readelf.
The confusing option should not be used since we aim for improving
compatibility.
Keep just one llvm-readobj -t use case in test/tools/llvm-readobj/symbols.test

If F is a Thumb function symbol, and G = F + const, and G is a
function symbol, then G is Thumb. Because what else could it be?

When assembling, a .thumb_func directive is supposed to be applicable to the
next symbol definition, even if there are intervening directives. We were
racing ahead to try and find it, and this commit should fix the issue.

Before this patch, when you objdump an LLVM-compiled file, objdump tried to
decode data-in-code sections as if they were code. This patch adds the missing
Mapping Symbols, as defined by "ELF for the ARM Architecture" (ARM IHI 0044D).
Patch based on work by Greg Fitzgerald.
