Nikita Popov e11354c0a4 [Tests] Remove explicit -enable-mssa-loop-dependency options (NFC)
This is enabled by default. Drop explicit uses in preparation for
removing the option.

Also drop RUN lines that are now the same (typically modulo a
-verify-memoryssa option).

Wenlei He 2c391a5a14 [LICM] Make Loop ICM profile aware again
D65060 was reverted because it introduced non-determinism by using BFI counts from already freed blocks. The parent of this revision fixes that by using a VH callback on blocks to prevent this from happening and makes sure BFI data is passed correctly in LoopStandardAnalysisResults.

This re-introduces the previous optimization of using BFI data to prevent LICM from hoisting/sinking if the instruction will end up moving to a colder block.

Internally at Facebook this change results in a ~7% win in a CPU related metric in one of our big services by preventing hoisting cold code into a hot pre-header like the added test case demonstrates.

Wenlei He 7e71aa24bc [LICM] Make Loop ICM profile aware
Summary:
Hoisting/sinking instruction out of a loop isn't always beneficial. Hoisting an instruction from a cold block inside a loop body out of the loop could hurt performance. This change makes Loop ICM profile aware - it now checks block frequency to make sure hoisting/sinking anly moves instruction to colder block.

Eric Christopher cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass.""
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Eric Christopher a863435128 Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."
As it's causing some bot failures (and per request from kbarton).

Alina Sbirlea cae12edaaa Use MemorySSA in LICM to do sinking and hoisting.
Summary:
Step 2 in using MemorySSA in LICM:
Use MemorySSA in LICM to do sinking and hoisting, all under "EnableMSSALoopDependency" flag.
Promotion is disabled.

Enable flag in LICM sink/hoist tests to test correctness of this change. Moved one test which
relied on promotion, in order to test all sinking tests.

Chandler Carruth e9b18e3d34 [PM] Port LoopSink to the new pass manager.
Like several other loop passes (the vectorizer, etc) this pass doesn't
really fit the model of a loop pass. The critical distinction is that it
isn't intended to be pipelined together with other loop passes. I plan
to add some documentation to the loop pass manager to make this more
clear on that side.

LoopSink is also different because it doesn't really need a lot of the
infrastructure of our loop passes. For example, if there aren't loop
invariant instructions causing a preheader to exist, there is no need to
form a preheader. It also doesn't need LCSSA because this pass is
only involved in sinking invariant instructions from a preheader into
the loop, not reasoning about live-outs.

This allows some nice simplifications to the pass in the new PM where we
can directly walk the loops once without restructuring them.

Dehao Chen b94c09baa0 Add Loop Sink pass to reverse the LICM based of basic block frequency.
Summary: LICM may hoist instructions to preheader speculatively. Before code generation, we need to sink down the hoisted instructions inside to loop if it's beneficial. This pass is a reverse of LICM: looking at instructions in preheader and sinks the instruction to basic blocks inside the loop body if basic block frequency is smaller than the preheader frequency.
