Patch [4/5] in a series to add assembler/disassembler support for AArch64 SVE unpredicated ADD/SUB instructions.
We add SVE as unsupported feature for CPUs that don't have SVE to prevent errors from scheduler models saying it lacks information for these instructions.

This feature enables the fusion of such operations on Cortex A57, as
recommended in its Software Optimisation Guide, section 4.13, and on Exynos
M1.

According to the Cortex-A57 doc, FDIV/FSQRT instructions should use F0 unit
(W-unit in AArch64SchedA57.td, the same as cryptography instructions),
not F1 unit (X-unit in td, like ASIMD absolute diff accum SABA/UABA).
This patch changes FDIV/FSQRT scheduling declarations to use A57UnitW
instead of A57UnitX. Also, latencies for those instructions are
corrected.

This adds some missing generic schedule info definitions, enables
completeness checking for cyclone and fixes a typo uncovered by that.

TableGen checks at compiletime that for scheduling models with
"CompleteModel = 1" one of the following holds:
- Is marked with the hasNoSchedulingInfo flag
- The instruction is a subclass of Sched
- There are InstRW definitions in the scheduling model
Typical steps necessary to complete a model:
- Ensure all pseudo instructions that are expanded before machine
scheduling (usually everything handled with EmitYYY() functions in
XXXTargetLowering).
- If a CPU does not support some instructions mark the corresponding
resource unsupported: "WriteRes<WriteXXX, []> { let Unsupported = 1; }".
- Add missing scheduling information.

Using SchedAliases is convenient and works well for latency and resource
lookup for instructions. However, this creates an entry in
AArch64WriteLatencyTable with a WriteResourceID of 0, breaking any
SchedReadAdvance since the lookup will fail.

Primarily refines all of the instructions with accurate latency
and micro-op information. Refinements largely focus on the NEON
instructions.
Additionally, a few advanced features are modeled, including
forwarding for MAC instructions and hazards for floating point SQRT
and DIV.
Lastly, the issue-width is reduced to three so that the scheduler
will better accommodate the narrower decode and dispatch width.
