David Blaikie a79ac14fa6 [opaque pointer type] Add textual IR support for explicit type parameter to load instruction 
Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.

A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)

Rafael Espindola ae6000e86d Replace more uses of sse41 with sse4.1. 
llc using the host cpu features and *waning* on unknown features is probably
not a good thing :-(

Jakob Stoklund Olesen c3bcb02154 Eliminate copies of undefined values during coalescing. 
These copies would coalesce easily, but the resulting value would be
defined by a deleted instruction. Now we also remove the undefined value
number from the destination register.

This fixes PR10503.
