Jeffrey Yasskin 4567db45b8 Change the JIT to compile eagerly by default as agreed in 
http://llvm.org/PR5184, and beef up the comments to describe what both options
do and the risks of lazy compilation in the presence of threads.

Nick Lewycky 14b1aacf10 Update the tutorial to match changes to examples/Kaleidoscope. 
One change I'm not folding in is the removal of two unused variables that
caused warnings, because those were there for expository purposes.

Reid Kleckner ab7700479f Allocate the module provider in the Kaleidoscope code on the heap, not the stack, so that it can be properly deleted. Also update the tutorial with the new code. This fixes PR4762, hopefully better than the last time.

Owen Anderson 53a52215b5 Begin the painful process of tearing apart the rat'ss nest that is Constants.cpp and ConstantFold.cpp. 
This involves temporarily hard wiring some parts to use the global context.  This isn't ideal, but it's
the only way I could figure out to make this process vaguely incremental.

Chris Lattner a1ad2bf890 Various updates from Sam Bishop: 
"I have been working my way through the JIT and Kaleidoscope tutorials in my
(minuscule) spare time.  Thanks again for writing them!  I have attached a
patch containing some minor changes, ranging from spelling and grammar fixes
to adding a "Next: <next tutorial section>" hyperlink to the bottom of each
page.

Every page has been given the "next link" treatment, but otherwise I'm only
half way through the Kaleidoscope tutorial.  I will send a follow-on patch
if time permits."
