Daniel Dunbar 78faee0664 Switch FoldingSet::AddString to StringRef based API. 
- This also fixes a dereference of std::string::end, which makes MSVC unhappy and was causing all the static analyzer clang tests to fail.

Torok Edwin fbcc663cbf llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable. 
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

Torok Edwin 56d0659726 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE. 
Make llvm_unreachable take an optional string, thus moving the cerr<< out of
line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.

Dale Johannesen 1f86498f93 Do not use host floating point types when emitting 
ASCII IR; loading and storing these can change the
bits of NaNs on some hosts.  Remove or add warnings
at a few other places using host floating point;
this is a bad thing to do in general.

Ted Kremenek d66c791904 Fixed bug in FoldingSetIteratorImpl where we did not correctly check if 
we had reached the "fake bucket" after the last bucket, allowing the iterator
in some cases to run off the end of the hashtable.

Ted Kremenek 6f30a0798f Added "Profile" method to APFloat for use with FoldingSet. 
Added member template "Add" to FoldingSetNodeID that allows "adding" arbitrary
objects to a profile via dispatch to FoldingSetTrait<T>::Profile().

Removed FoldingSetNodeID::AddAPFloat and FoldingSetNodeID::APInt, as their
functionality is now replaced using the above mentioned member template.

Ted Kremenek c0259639ad Made 'FoldingSetNodeID' a proper class instead of a nested class in 
'FoldingSetNodeImpl' (previously 'FoldingSetNodeID' was a typedef of
'FoldingSetNodeImpl::NodeID').

Why?  Clients can now easily forward declare 'FoldingSetNodeID' without having
to include FoldingSet.h.

Dale Johannesen 98d3a08d8f Remove the assumption that FP's are either float or 
double from some of the many places in the optimizers
it appears, and do something reasonable with x86
long double.
Make APInt::dump() public, remove newline, use it to
dump ConstantSDNode's.
Allow APFloats in FoldingSet.
Expand X86 backend handling of long doubles (conversions
to/from int, mostly).
