Quentin Colombet d6dbec4c6f [X86] Fix the lowering of TLS calls.
The callseq_end node must be glued with the TLS calls, otherwise,
the generic code will miss the uses of the returned value and will
mark it dead.
Moreover, TLSCall 64-bit pseudo must not set an implicit-use on RDI,
the pseudo uses the symbol address at this point not RDI and the
lowering will do the right thing.

Manman Ren 9dd8c14674 CXX TLS: collect return blocks after SelectAllBasicBlocks.
It is incorrect to get the corresponding MBB for a ReturnInst before
SelectAllBasicBlocks since SelectAllBasicBlocks can change the
correspondence between a ReturnInst and the MBB it is in.

Manman Ren 4865d89653 [CXX_FAST_TLS] Disable tail call when calling conventions are mismatched.
Since CXX_FAST_TLS has a bigger set of CSRs, we don't tail call when caller
and callee have mismatched calling conventions.

Manman Ren 2828c57b6f [CXX_FAST_TLS] fix issues with O0 on ARM, AArch64 and X86.
Since at O0, explicit copies via SplitCSR may not be removed even if
they are unnecessary, we choose not to use SplitCSR at O0.

Manman Ren 53a54c41d7 CXX_FAST_TLS calling convention: fix issue on x86-64.
%RBP can't be handled explicitly. We generate the following code:
    pushq %rbp
    movq %rsp, %rbp
    ...
    movq %rbx, (%rbp) ## 8-byte Spill
where %rbp will be overwritten by the spilled value.

The fix is to let PEI handle %RBP.

Manman Ren 4fe01bd8f9 CXX_FAST_TLS calling convention: fix issue on X86-64.
When we have a single basic block, the explicit copy-back instructions should
be inserted right before the terminator. Before this fix, they were wrongly
placed at the beginning of the basic block.

I will commit fixes to other platforms as well.

Manman Ren ed967f3752 CXX_FAST_TLS calling convention: performance improvement for x86-64.
This is the same change on x86-64 as r255821 on AArch64.

Quentin Colombet eb61e8e6b0 [X86] Correctly model TLS calls w.r.t. frame requirements.
TLS calls need the stack frame to be properly set up and this
implies that such calls need ADJUSTSTACK_xxx markers.

Fixes PR25820.

Manman Ren 19c7bbe3b7 [CXX TLS calling convention] Add CXX TLS calling convention.
This commit adds a new target-independent calling convention for C++ TLS
access functions. It aims to minimize overhead in the caller by perserving as
many registers as possible.

The target-specific implementation for X86-64 is defined as following:
Arguments are passed as for the default C calling convention
The same applies for the return value(s)
The callee preserves all GPRs - except RAX and RDI

The access function makes C-style TLS function calls in the entry and exit
block, C-style TLS functions save a lot more registers than normal calls.
The added calling convention ties into the existing implementation of the
C-style TLS functions, so we can't simply use existing calling conventions
such as preserve_mostcc.
