Support for Clang lowering of fused intrinsics. This patch:
1. Removes bindings to clang fma intrinsics.
2. Introduces new LLVM unmasked intrinsics with rounding mode:
int_x86_avx512_vfmadd_pd_512
int_x86_avx512_vfmadd_ps_512
int_x86_avx512_vfmaddsub_pd_512
int_x86_avx512_vfmaddsub_ps_512

3. Introduces new x86 fmaddsub/fmsubadd folding.
4. Introduces new tests for code emitted by sequentions introduced in Clang part.

SimplifyDemandedBits can remove bits from the masks for the shift amounts we need to see to detect rotates.
This patch uses zeroes from computeKnownBits to fill in some of these mask bits to make the match work.
As currently written this calls computeKnownBits even when the mask hasn't been simplified because it made the code simpler. If we're worried about compile time performance we can improve this.

The intrinsic legalization for masked truncate uses ISD::TRUNCATE which can be constant folded by getNode. This prevents getVectorMaskingNode from seeing the ISD::TRUNCATE special case where it should emit X86ISD::SELECT instead of ISD::VSELECT. This causes a vselect with a v16i1 or v8i1 condition to be emitted during vector legalization. but vector legalization doesn't revisit nodes it creates. DAG combine will then promote this condition to match the result type. Then op legalization will try to legalize it, but the custom lowering hook returned SDValue(). But op legalization doesn't have an Expand for VSELECT because it expects vector legalization to have taken care of it. So the operation sticks around and fails in isel.
This patch adds a custom legalization hook to morph it to a vXi8 vselect instead.
This also simplifies the normal vXi16 vselect handling because vector legalization was normally expanding to AND/ANDN/OR and DAG combine was turning that into VBLENDVB. So we can skip a step by doing it directly.

specially handle SETB_C* pseudo instructions.
Summary:
While the logic here is somewhat similar to the arithmetic lowering, it
is different enough that it made sense to have its own function.
I actually tried a bunch of different optimizations here and none worked
well so I gave up and just always do the arithmetic based lowering.
Looking at code from the PR test case, we actually pessimize a bunch of
code when generating these. Because SETB_C* pseudo instructions clobber
EFLAGS, we end up creating a bunch of copies of EFLAGS to feed multiple
SETB_C* pseudos from a single set of EFLAGS. This in turn causes the
lowering code to ruin all the clever code generation that SETB_C* was
hoping to achieve. None of this is needed. Whenever we're generating
multiple SETB_C* instructions from a single set of EFLAGS we should
instead generate a single maximally wide one and extract subregs for all
the different desired widths. That would result in substantially better
code generation. But this patch doesn't attempt to address that.
The test case from the PR is included as well as more directed testing
of the specific lowering pattern used for these pseudos.

This is a simple hack based on what's proposed in D37686, but we can extend it if needed in follow-ups.
It gets us most of the FMF functionality that we want without adding any state bits to the flags. It
also intentionally leaves out non-FMF flags (nsw, etc) to minimize the patch.
It should provide a superset of the functionality from D46563 - the extra tests show propagation and
codegen diffs for fcmp, vecreduce, and FP libcalls.
The PPC log2() test shows the limits of this most basic approach - we only applied 'afn' to the last
node created for the call. AFAIK, there aren't any libcall optimizations based on the flags currently,
so that shouldn't make any difference.

ExtendSetCCUses updates SETCC nodes which use a load (OriginalLoad) to
reflect a simplification to the load (ExtLoad).
Based on my reading, ExtendSetCCUses may create new nodes to extend a

Somewhere between clang 5.0 and 6.0, we started producing
these intrinsics for fmax()/fmin() in C source instead of
libcalls or fcmp/select. The backend wasn't prepared for
that, so we regressed perf in those cases.
Note: it's possible that other targets have similar problems
as seen here.

The second source operand of G_SHL, G_ASHR, and G_LSHR must preserve its

labels, we need collect debug information for labels, i.e., label
name, the function label belong, line number in the file, and the
address label located. In order to keep these information in LLVM
IR and to allow backend to generate debug information correctly.
We create a new kind of metadata for labels, DILabel. The format
of DILabel is
!DILabel(scope: !1, name: "foo", file: !2, line: 3)
We hope to keep debug information as much as possible even the
code is optimized. So, we create a new kind of intrinsic for label
metadata to avoid the metadata is eliminated with basic block.
The intrinsic will keep existing if we keep it from optimized out.
The format of the intrinsic is
llvm.dbg.label(metadata !1)
It has only one argument, that is the DILabel metadata. The
intrinsic will follow the label immediately. Backend could get the
label metadata through the intrinsic's parameter.
We also create DIBuilder API for labels to be used by Frontend.

As Roman Tereshin pointed out in https://reviews.llvm.org/D45541, the
-global-isel option is redundant when -run-pass is given. -global-isel sets up
the GlobalISel passes in the pass manager but -run-pass skips that entirely and
configures it's own pipeline.

Summary:
Split off form D46031.
It seems we don't want to transform the pattern if the `xor`'s are actually `not`'s.
In vector case, this breaks `andnpd` / `vandnps` patterns.
That being said, we may want to re-visit this `not` handling, maybe in D46073.

Following the advice in review D45022, this currently tests for the broken llc
output where an instruction is mis-scheduled. This test is committed in advance
to improve the eventual fixing patch in D45022, making the bad behaviour that
that patch fixes clearer.

This took a bit of extra work as on Intel targets the old (V)PSLLDrr/(V)PSLLDrm style instructions act differently - I ended up creating WriteVecShiftImm classes for XMM/YMM/ZMM vector shift by immediate and retaining WriteVecShift as the default (used only by MMX) plus WriteVecShiftX/WriteVecShiftY. X86SchedWriteWidths hides most of this thank goodness.

These tests are for DAGCombiner::foldSelectCCToShiftAnd().
Right now, they were only tested for AArch64,
but given the upcoming X86 changes to the hasAndNot(),
the test coverage needs to be added.
These tests originated from D27489 / rL289738

Also retagged VDBPSADBW instructions as SchedWritePSADBW instead of SchedWriteVecIMul which matches the behaviour on SkylakeServer (the only thing that supports it...)

The logic for this combine is almost identical to the logic for a
(sext (sextload x)) combine.
This commit factors out the logic so it can be shared by both combines,
and corrects the SDLoc assigned in the zext version of the combine.
Prior to this patch, for the given test case, we would apply the
location associated with the udiv instruction to instructions which
perform the load.

In DAGCombiner, we try to simplify this pattern:
([s|z]ext (load ...))
Conceptually, a new extload which is created while splitting the load
should have the same debug location as the load.
Making this change affects the IROrder of the new load, causing some
test case churn.
In practice, the new location is never different from the location of
the [s|z]ext, at least not during check-llvm or a stage2 build.

Setting the right SDLoc on a newly-created zextload fixes a line table
bug which resulted in non-linear stepping behavior.
Several backend tests contained CHECK lines which relied on the IROrder
inherited from the wrong SDLoc. This patch breaks that dependence where
feasbile and regenerates test cases where not.
In some cases, changing a node's IROrder may alter register allocation
and spill behavior. This can affect performance. I have chosen not to
prevent this by applying a "known good" IROrder to SDLocs, as this may
hide a more general bug in the scheduler, or cause regressions on other
test inputs.
