Reid Kleckner fb93154bf1 [MS] Don't escape MS C++ names with \01
It is not needed after LLVM r327734. Now it will be easier to copy-paste
IR symbol names from Clang.

Rafael Espindola 922f2aa9b2 Bring r325915 back.
The tests that failed on a windows host have been fixed.

Original message:

Start setting dso_local for COFF.

With this there are still some GVs where we don't set dso_local
because setGVProperties is never called. I intend to fix that in
followup commits. This is just the bare minimum to teach
shouldAssumeDSOLocal what it should do for COFF.

Rafael Espindola 43ce3a3a4d Revert "Start setting dso_local for COFF."
This reverts commit r325915.

It will take some time to fix the failures on a windows host.

Chandler Carruth 93786da2cb Make '-disable-llvm-optzns' an alias for '-disable-llvm-passes'.
Much to my surprise, '-disable-llvm-optzns' which I thought was the
magical flag I wanted to get at the raw LLVM IR coming out of Clang
deosn't do that. It still runs some passes over the IR. I don't want
that, I really want the *raw* IR coming out of Clang and I strongly
suspect everyone else using it is in the same camp.

There is actually a flag that does what I want that I didn't know about
called '-disable-llvm-passes'. I suspect many others don't know about it
either. It both does what I want and is much simpler.

This removes the confusing version and makes that spelling of the flag
an alias for '-disable-llvm-passes'. I've also moved everything in Clang
to use the 'passes' spelling as it seems both more accurate (*all* LLVM
passes are disabled, not just optimizations) and much easier to remember
and spell correctly.

This is part of simplifying how Clang drives LLVM to make it cleaner to
wire up to the new pass manager.

Reid Kleckner 1f88e93973 [WinEH] Don't use lifetime markers for MS catch parameters
We don't have a good place to put them. Our previous spot was causing us
to optimize loads from the exception object to undef, because it was
after the catchpad instruction that models the write to the catch
object.

Reid Kleckner 10aa77032d [WinEH] Pass the catch adjectives to catchpad directly
This avoids building a fake LLVM IR global variable just to ferry an i32
down into LLVM codegen. It also puts a nail in the coffin of using MS
ABI C++ EH with landingpads, since now we'll assert in the lpad code
when flags are present.

Reid Kleckner 7d4bc9c0fb [WinEH] Don't emit an exceptional cleanup for llvm.eh.endcatch
These extra endcatch markers aren't helping identify regions to outline,
so let's get rid of them. LLVM outlines (more or less) from begincatch
to endcatch. Any unwind edge from an enclosed invoke is a transition to
a new exception handler, which has it's own outlining markers.

Reid Kleckner 67cf035a99 [WinEH] Don't create an alloca for unnamed catch parameters
The catch object parameter to llvm.eh.begincatch is optional, and can be
null. We can save some ourselves the stack space, copy ctor, and dtor
calls if we pass null.

David Majnemer 1f192e26fd [MS ABI] Disregard restrictive exception specifications
MSVC treats all non-empty exception specifications the same way: all
exceptions are permitted. The .xdata tables provide a way to
efficiently lower exception specifications *but* this probably has to be
implemented as a catch-all/rethrow mechanism instead of the Itanium way.

This fixes PR23092.

Reid Kleckner fff8e7f6ba Split catch IRgen into ItaniumCXXABI and MicrosoftCXXABI
Use llvm.eh.begincatch for Microsoft-style catches.

This moves lots of CGException code into ItaniumCXXABI. Sorry for the
blame pain.
