The analyzer did not return an UndefVal in case a negative value was left
shifted. I also altered the UndefResultChecker to emit a clear warning in this
case.

Add a new type of NonLoc SVal for C++ pointer-to-member operations. This SVal
supports both pointers to member functions and pointers to member data.
A patch by Kirill Romanenkov!

The patch is generated using this command:
$ tools/extra/clang-tidy/tool/run-clang-tidy.py -fix \
-checks=-*,llvm-namespace-comment -header-filter='llvm/.*|clang/.*' \
work/llvm/tools/clang
To reduce churn, not touching namespaces spanning less than 10 lines.

Citation: C++11 [expr.shift]p1 (and the equivalent text in C11).
This fixes PR18073, but the right thing to do (as noted in the FIXME) is to
have a real checker for too-large shifts.

All clients of BasicValueFactory should be using QualTypes instead, and
indeed it seems they are. This caught the (fortunately harmless) bug
fixed in the previous commit.
No intended functionality change.

This required moving the ctors for IntegerLiteral and FloatingLiteral out of
line which shouldn't change anything as they are usually called through Create
methods that are already out of line.
ASTContext::Deallocate has been a nop for a long time, drop it from ASTVector
and make it independent from ASTContext.h
Pass the StorageAllocator directly to AccessedEntity so it doesn't need to
have a definition of ASTContext around.

Eventually there will also be a lib/StaticAnalyzer/Frontend that will handle initialization and checker registration.
Yet another library to avoid cyclic dependencies between Core and Checkers.
