Many OpenMP Clang tests do not RUN for version 4.5 and the default
version. This first patch in the series only handles test cases
which do not require any modifications in the CHECK lines after
adding RUN lines for default version.

diagnostic for the globals without explicitly specified data-sharing
attributes. Patch fixes this problem.

This has introduced (exposed?) a crash in clang sema,
that does not happen without this patch.

Currently clang checks for default data sharing attributes only for
variables captured in OpenMP regions by reference. Patch adds checks for
variables captured by value.
