CJ Johnson 69cd776e1e [CodeGen] Apply 'nonnull' and 'dereferenceable(N)' to 'this' pointer
arguments.

* Adds 'nonnull' and 'dereferenceable(N)' to 'this' pointer arguments
* Gates 'nonnull' on -f(no-)delete-null-pointer-checks
* Introduces this-nonnull.cpp and microsoft-abi-this-nullable.cpp tests to
  explicitly test the behavior of this change
* Refactors hundreds of over-constrained clang tests to permit these
  attributes, where needed
* Updates Clang12 patch notes mentioning this change

Johannes Doerfert fa5d22a045 [OpenMP][NFC] Reuse OMPIRBuilder `struct ident_t` handling in Clang
Replace the `ident_t` handling in Clang with the methods offered by the
OMPIRBuilder. This cuts down on the clang code as well as the
differences between the two, making further transitions easier. Tests
have changed but there should not be a real functional change. The most
interesting difference is probably that we stop generating local ident_t
allocations for now and just use globals. Given that this happens only
with debug info, the location part of the `ident_t` is probably bigger
than the test anyway. As the location part is already a global, we can
avoid the allocation, memcpy, and store in favor of a constant global
that is slightly bigger. This can be revisited if there are
complications.

Akira Hatanaka ed6b578040 [CodeGen] Emit a call instruction instead of an invoke if the called
llvm function is marked nounwind

This fixes cases where an invoke is emitted, despite the called llvm
function being marked nounwind, because ConstructAttributeList failed to
add the attribute to the attribute list. llvm optimization passes turn
invokes into calls and optimize away the exception handling code, but
it's better to avoid emitting the code in the front-end if the called
function is known not to raise an exception.

Mike Rice e1ca7b614f [OPENMP] Create non-const ident_t objects.
Currently ident_t objects are created const when debug info is not
enabled, but the libittnotify libray in the OpenMP runtime writes to
the reserved_2 field (See __kmp_itt_region_forking in
openmp/runtime/src/kmp_itt.inl).  Now create ident_t objects non-const.

Alexey Bataev 005248ac8a [OPENMP 4.5] Codegen for member decls in 'lastprivate' clause.
OpenMP 4.5 allows to privatize non-static member decls in non-static
member functions. Patch captures such decls by reference in general (for
bitfields, by value) and then operates with this capture. For bitfields,
at the end of codegen for lastprivates original bitfield is updated with the value of captured copy.

Alexey Bataev 3392d76081 [OPENMP] Improved handling of pseudo-captured expressions in OpenMP.
Expressions inside 'schedule'|'dist_schedule' clause must be captured in
combined directives to avoid possible crash during codegen. Patch
improves handling of such constructs

David Blaikie ea3e51d73f Account for calling convention specifiers in function definitions in IR test cases
Several tests wouldn't pass when executed on an armv7a_pc_linux triple
due to the non-default arm_aapcs calling convention produced on the
function definitions in the IR output. Account for this with the
application of a little regex.

Alexey Bataev db39021cee [OPENMP] -fopenmp enables OpenMP support (fix for http://llvm.org/PR23492)
-fopenmp turns on OpenMP support and links libiomp5 as OpenMP library. Also there is -fopenmp={libiomp5|libgomp} option that allows to override effect of -fopenmp and link libgomp library (if -fopenmp=libgomp is specified).

Daniel Sanders 1f07d06d61 Support matching signext attribute in the parallel_num_threads_codegen test to appease clang-cmake-mips builder.
The Mips target adds the signext attribute to signed 32-bit integers in order
to support the N32/N64 correctly. Integers must be promoted to 64-bit bit on
these ABI's.

Alexey Bataev b205978100 [OPENMP] Codegen for 'num_threads' clause in 'parallel' directive.
This patch generates call to "kmpc_push_num_threads(ident_t *loc, kmp_int32 global_tid, kmp_int32 num_threads);" library function before calling "kmpc_fork_call" each time there is an associated "num_threads" clause in the "omp parallel" directive.
