This third patch in the series removes version 5.0 string from
test cases making them check for default version. It also add test
cases for version 4.5.

Loop control variables are private in loop-based constructs and we shall
take this into account when generate the code for inner constructs.
Currently, those variables are reported as shared in many cases. Moved
the analysis of the data-sharing attributes of the loop control variable
to an early semantic stage to correctly handle their attributes.

Summary:
Some OpenMP clauses rely on the values of the variables. If the variable
is not initialized and used in OpenMP clauses that depend on the
variables values, it should be reported that the uninitialized variable
is used in the OpenMP clause expression.
This patch adds initial processing for uninitialized variables in OpenMP
constructs. Currently, it checks for use of the uninitialized variables
in the structured blocks.

Summary:
First, this patch fixes an assert failure when, for example, "omp for"
has num_teams.
Second, this patch prevents duplicate diagnostics when, for example,
"omp for" has uniform.
This patch makes the general assumption (even where it doesn't
necessarily fix an existing bug) that it is worthless to perform sema
for a clause that appears on a directive on which OpenMP does not
permit that clause. However, due to this assumption, this patch
suppresses some diagnostics that were expected in the test suite. I
assert that those diagnostics were likely just distracting to the
user.

-fopenmp turns on OpenMP support and links libiomp5 as OpenMP library. Also there is -fopenmp={libiomp5|libgomp} option that allows to override effect of -fopenmp and link libgomp library (if -fopenmp=libgomp is specified).
