Both of BreakpointLocation and BreakpointSite were inherited from StoppointLocation. However, the only thing
they shared was hit counting logic. The patch encapsulates those logic into StoppointHitCounter, renames
StoppointLocation to StoppointSite, and stops BreakpointLocation's inheriting from it.

Summary:
ObjCLanguageRuntime was being pulled into LanguageRuntime because of
Breakpoint Preconditions. If we move BreakpointPrecondition out of Breakpoint,
we can extend the LanguageRuntime plugin interface so that LanguageRuntimes
can give us a BreakpointPrecondition for exceptions.

Summary:
Breakpoint shouldn't need to depend on any specific details from a
programming language. Currently the only language-specific detail it takes
advantage of are the different qualified names an objective-c method name might
have when adding a name lookup. This is reasonably generalizable.
The current method name I introduced is "GetVariantMethodNames", which I'm not
particularly tied to. If you have a better suggestion, please do let me know.

The CPlusPlus Language plugin is unused in lldbBreakpoint. We should just remove
it.
A great follow up to this change would be to remove the dependency on the ObjC
language plugin, but that is actually used and requires some refactoring.

I started from a clean slate to do the checkin, but forgot to svn add the new files.
Do that now.
Also add the one new source file to CMakeLists.txt

Summary:
This patch adds accurate dependency specifications to the mail LLDB libraries and tools.
In all cases except lldb-server, these dependencies are added in addition to existing dependencies (making this low risk), and I performed some code cleanup along the way.
For lldb-server I've cleaned up the LLVM dependencies down to just the minimum actually required. This is more than lldb-server actually directly references, and I've left a todo in the code to clean that up.

- generate-vers.pl has to be called by cmake to generate the version number
- parallel builds not yet supported; dependency on clang must be explicitly specified
Tested on Linux.
- Building on Mac will require code-signing logic to be implemented.
- Building on Windows will require OS-detection logic and some selective directory inclusion
Thanks to Carlo Kok (who originally prepared these CMakefiles for Windows) and Ben Langmuir
who ported them to Linux!
