Steve Naroff	0ee0b0ab8c	Move the null pointer constant check from Sema::CheckSingleInitializer/ActOnCallExpr/CheckMessageArgumentTypes/ActOnReturnStmt to Sema::CheckSingleAssignmentConstraints.
