Add support for flattening archives while creating static libraries.
Hence, can now pass archives as input in addition to Mach-O binaries.
Furthermore, archives themselves must only conatain Mach-O binaries. As
per cctools' libtool's behavior, llvm-libtool-darwin does not flatten
archives recursively.

In an object file, a "PC Begin" field in a FDE is usually relocated by a
PC-relative relocation. Use a relocation-aware DWARFDataExtractor overload (with
DWARFContext and a reference to its internal .eh_frame representation) to decode
addresses correctly. In an object file, most sections have addresses of zero. So
the displayed addresses are almost always offsets relative to the start of the
associated text section.
DWARFContext::create handles .eh_frame and .rela.eh_frame by itself, so if there
are more than one .eh_frame (technically possible, but almost always erronerous
in practice), this will only handle the first one. Supporting multiple
.eh_frame is beyond the scope of this patch.

1) Some code was duplicated.
2) A "The .MIPS.abiflags section has a wrong size" error was not reported as a warning,
but was printed to stdout for the LLVM style. Also, it was reported as an error for the GNU style.

Summary:
llvm-cov.test generates .gcov files and compared with target
sample files. Since the files do not contain any binary data

Imagine we have an YAML description for some object and we want to
produce 2 outputs: with and without the section header.
A natural way to do it would look like:

But currently, we do not distinguish between no `NoHeaders` key case
and `NoHeaders == false`. Because of this we can't simply specify
`NOHEADERS = false`, as tool starts to complain.
With this patch the behavior changed. When we have:

it is the same as we have no `SectionHeaderTable` at all.

llvm-objdump currently calls report_fatal_error() when the e_phoff field is invalid.
This is tested by elf-invalid-phdr.test which has the following issues:
1) It uses a precompiled object.
2) it could be a part of invalid.test.
3) It tests the Object lib, but we have no separate test for llvm-objdump.

We have an issue currently: --dyn-relocations always prints the following
relocation header when dumping `DynPLTRelRegion`:
"Offset Info Type Symbol's Value Symbol's Name + Addend"
I.e. even for an empty object, --dyn-relocations still prints this.
It is a easy to fix bug, but we have no dedicated test case for this option.
(we have a dynamic-reloc-no-section-headers.test, which has a slightly different purpose).

This adds the --debug-vars option to llvm-objdump, which prints
locations (registers/memory) of source-level variables alongside the
disassembly based on DWARF info. A vertical line is printed for each
live-range, with a label at the top giving the variable name and
location, and the position and length of the line indicating the program
counter range in which it is valid.

This patch extends D58439 (`llvm/test/{yaml2obj,obj2yaml}/**/*.yaml`) and runs all
`llvm/test/**/*.yaml`
Many directories have configured `.yaml` (see the deleted lit.local.cfg
files). Yet still some don't configure .yaml and have caused stale tests:

* bdc3134e23 test/ExecutionEngine
Just hoist .yaml to `llvm/test/lit.cfg.py`. Also delete .cxx which is
not used. The number of tests running on my machine increases from 38304 to 38309.

`MipsGOTParser` is a helper class that is used to dump MIPS GOT and PLT.
There is a problem with it: it might call report_fatal_error() on invalid input.
When this happens, the tool reports a crash:

Such error were not tested. In this patch I've refactored `MipsGOTParser`:
I've splitted handling of GOT and PLT to separate methods. This allows to propagate
any possible errors to caller and should allow to dump the PLT when something is wrong
with the GOT and vise versa in the future.
I've added tests for each `report_fatal_error()`
and now calling the `reportError` instead. In the future we might want to switch to
reporting warnings, but it requres the additional testing and should
be performed independently.
I've kept `unwrapOrError` calls untouched for now as I'd like to focus on eliminating
`report_fatal_error` calls in this patch only.

Currently, llvm-readobj calls `report_fatal_error` when an object has
both REL and RELA dynamic relocations.
llvm-readelf is able to handle this case properly. This patch adds such a test case
and adjusts the llvm-readobj code to follow (and be consistent with its own RELR and PLTREL cases).

It is possible to:
1) Avoid using the `unwrapOrError` calls and hence allow to continue dumping even when
something is not OK with one of SHT_LLVM_LINKER_OPTIONS sections.
2) replace `reportWarning` with `reportUniqueWarning` calls. In this method it is no-op,
because it is not possible to have a duplicated warnings anyways, but since we probably
want to switch to `reportUniqueWarning` globally, this is a good thing to do.

This patch resolves crash that occurs when user wanted to remove all
symbols and add a brand new one using:

Previously, the debug line parser would keep attempting to read data
even if it had run out of data to read. This meant errors in parsing
would often end up being reported as something else, such as an unknown
version or malformed directory/filename table. This patch fixes the
issues by using the Cursor API to capture errors.

This is a follow-up for D82955, which allows to continue dumping when a symbol table is broken.
When we are unable to get the string table and trying to print symbols,
the existent tool logic together with D82955 reports an error:
"st_name (0x??) is past the end of the string table of size 0x??"
Though, when there is no string table, this message becomes misleading and excessive.
It is easy to fix it though and that is what this patch does.

Currently, DWARFYAML doesn't emit the 0 byte for terminating the abbrev
table for the given compilation unit. Before addressing this issue, we
have to make the test stricter.
Just having --implicit-check-not=/usr breaks when the LLVM checkout path
contains '/usr', since llvm-objdump prints out the path to the input
file in the first line. Tighten the checks by adding the 'name' prefix
that's used when printing load command payloads. An alternative would be
to redirect the input file into llvm-objdump, in which case it prints
out 'a.out' as the file name, but I'm not sure how reliable that
behavior is.
Implement `-change` option for install-name-tool. The behavior exactly
matches that of cctools. Depends on D82410.

SHT_GROUP sections contain a reference to a symbol indicating their
"signature" symbol. The symbol table containing this symbol is referred
to by the group section's sh_link field. If llvm-objcopy is instructed

Summary: Previous code would try to verify DW_AT_ranges and if any ranges would overlap, it would stop attributing any ranges after this to the DIE which caused incorrect errors to be reported that a DIE's address ranges were not contained in the parent DIE's ranges. Added a fix and a test.

Before this patch, we use `(uint32_t)AbbrCode - (uint32_t)FirstAbbrCode` to index the abbreviation. It's impossible for we to use the preceeding abbreviation of the previous one (e.g., if the previous DIE's `AbbrCode` is 2, we are unable to use the abbreviation with index 1). In this patch, we use `AbbrCode` to index the abbreviation directly.

We have a division by zero crash currently when
the sh_entzize of the dynamic symbol table is 0.

It is possible to trigger a crash when a dynamic symbol has a
broken (too large) st_name and the DT_STRSZ is also broken.
We have the following code in the `Elf_Sym_Impl<ELFT>::getName`:

The problem is that `StrTab` here is a `ELFDumper::DynamicStringTab` member
which is not validated properly on initialization. So it is possible to bypass the
`if` even when the `st_name` is huge.
This patch fixes the issue.

Similar to D81937, we might crash when printing a histogram for a GNU hash table
with a 'symndx' index that is larger than the number of dynamic symbols.
This patch adopts and reuses the `getGnuHashTableChains()` helper which performs
a validation of the table. As a side effect the warning reported for
the --gnu-hash-table was improved.
Also with this change we start to report a warning when the histogram is requested for
the GNU hash table, but the dynamic symbols table is empty (size == 0).

This patch enables yaml2elf emit the .debug_abbrev section.
The generated .debug_abbrev is verified using `llvm-dwarfdump`.
Known issues that will be addressed later:
- Current implementation doesn't support generating multiple abbreviation tables in one .debug_abbrev section.

`Elf_GnuHash_Impl` has the following method:
```

```
When DynamicSymCount is less than symndx we return an array with the huge broken size.
This patch fixes the issue and adds an assert. This assert helped to fix an issue
in one of the test cases.

This is a natural extension of the previous changes to use the Cursor
class independently in the standard and extended opcode paths, and in
turn allows delaying error handling until the entire line has been
printed in verbose mode, removing interleaved output in some cases.

If .gcda is corrupted, gcov continues to produce a .gcov and just
assumes execution counts are zeros. This is reasonable, because the
program can corrupt its .gcda output. The code path should be similar to
the code path without .gcda.
Between gcov 4.9~8, `gcov -i $file` prints coverage information to
$file.gcov in an intermediate text format (single file, instead of
$source.gcov for each source file).
lcov newer than 2019-05-24 detects -i support and uses it to increase
processing speed. gcov 9 (GCC r265587) removed --intermediate-format
and -i was changed to mean --json-format. However, we consider this
format still useful and support it. geninfo (part of lcov) supports this
format even if we announce that we are compatible with gcov 9.0.0
Previously we only printed a symbol value when it has a non-empty name
or non-zero value.
This patch changes the behavior. Now we only omit a symbols value when
a relocation does not reference a symbol (i.e. symbol index == 0).
Seems it is what GNU readelf does, looking on its output.

We have an issue currently. The following YAML piece just ignores the `Excluded` key.
```
SectionHeaderTable:
Sections: []
Excluded:
- Name: .foo
```
Currently the meaning is: exclude the whole table.
The code checks that the `Sections` key is empty and doesn't catch/check
invalid/duplicated/missed `Excluded` entries.
Also there is no way to exclude all sections except the first null section,
because `Sections: []` currently just excludes the whole the sections header table.
To fix it, I suggest a change of the behavior.
1) A new `NoHeaders` key is added. It provides an explicit syntax to drop the whole table.
2) The meaning of the following is changed:
```
SectionHeaderTable:
Sections: []
Excluded:
- Name: .foo
```
Assuming there are 2 sections in the object (a null section and `.foo`), with this patch it
means: exclude the `.foo` section, keep the null section. The null section is an implicit
section and I think it is reasonable to make "Sections: []" to mean it is implicitly added.
It will be consistent with the global "Sections" tag that is used to describe sections.
3) `SectionHeaderTable->Sections` is now optional. No `Sections` is the same as
`Sections: []` (I think it avoids a confusion).
4) Using of `NoHeaders` together with `Sections`/`Excluded` is not allowed.
5) It is possible to use the `Excluded` key without the `Sections` key now (in this case
`Excluded` must contain all sections).
6) `SectionHeaderTable:` or `SectionHeaderTable: []` is not allowed.
7) When the `SectionHeaderTable` key is present, we still require all sections to be
present in `Sections` and `Excluded` lists. No changes here, we are still strict.

Place the instruction at the 24th column (0-based indexing), matching
GNU objdump ARM/AArch64/powerpc/etc when the address is low.
This is beneficial for non-x86 targets which have short instruction
lengths.

This teaches yaml2obj to allocate file space for a no-bits section
when there is a non-nobits section in the same segment that follows it.

The relocation codes for R_<CLS>_PLT32 are incorrectly in the dynamic
relocation range that starts at 1024 for AArch64 and 180 for AArch64_32.
Correct these so that they start at the next available static relocation
code in the non-TLS range. The R_<CLS>_PLT32 description is currently in
unpublished so this change corrects LLVM to match the values that will
appear in the final ELF for the 64-bit Arm Architecture document.

Multiple times we faced an issue of huge outputs due to unexpected behavior
or incorrect test cases. The last one was https://reviews.llvm.org/D80629#2073066.
This patch limits the output to 10 Mb for ELF and introduces the --max-size to change this
limit.
I've tried to keep the implementation non-intrusive.
The current logic we have is that we prepare section content in a buffer first and write
it to the output later. This patch checks the available limit on each writing attempt to this buffer
and stops writing when the limit is reached and raises the internal error flag.
Later, this flag is is checked before the actual writing to a file happens and
an error is reported.

This patch enables yaml2elf emit the .debug_line section.
Test cases for emitting the dwarf64 .debug_line section and opcodes will be added later.
Known issues:
- We should replace `InitialLength` with `Format` and `Length`
- Currently implementation of the .debug_line section only fully supports DWARFv2, some header fields in DWARFv4 and DWARFv5 is missing, e.g., `header_length` in DWARFv4, `address_size` and `segment_selector_size` in DWARFv5.
- Some opcodes relies on the .debug_info section, we should warn user about it.
These issues will be addressed in a follow-up patch.

The new line printing for debug line verbose output was inconsistent.
For new rows in the matrix, a blank line followed, whilst the
DW_LNS_copy opcode actually resulted in two blank lines. There was also
potential inconsistency in the blank lines at the end of the table. This
patch mostly resolves these issues - no blank lines appear in the output
except for a single line after the prologue and at table end to separate
it from any subsquent table, plus some instances after error messages.
Also add a unit test for verbose output to test the fine details of new
line placement and other aspects of verbose output.
