atos is the default symbolizer on Apple's compiler for quite a few years now.
llvm-symbolizer is quite fragile on Darwin: for example, unless a .dSYM
file was explicitly generated symbolication would not work.
It is also very convenient when the behavior of LLVM open source
compiler matches to that of Apple's compiler on Apple's platform.
Furthermore, llvm-symbolizer is not installed on Apple's platform by
default, which leads to strange behavior during debugging: the test
might fail under lit (where it has llvm-symbolizer) but would run
properly when launched on the command line (where it does not, and atos
would be used).
Indeed, there's a downside: atos does not work properly with inlined
functions, hence the test change.
We do not think that this is a major problem, as users would often
compile with -O0 when debugging, and in any case it is preferable to
symbolizer not being able to symbolize.

This patch marks a few ASan tests as unsupported on iOS. These are mostly tests that use files or paths that are invalid/inaccessible on iOS or the simulator. We currently don't have a good way of propagating/copying secondary files that individual tests need. The same problem exists on Android, so I'm just marking the tests as UNSUPPORTED now.

This involved various fixes:
- Move a test that uses ulimit to Posix.
- Add a few "REQUIRES: shell" lines to tests using backtick subshell
evaluation.
- The MSVC CRT buffers stdio if the output is a pipe by default. Some
tests need that disabled to avoid interleaving test stdio with asan
output.
- MSVC headers provide _alloca instead of alloca (go figure), so add a
portability macro to the two alloca tests.
- XFAIL tests that rely on accurate symbols, we need to pass more flags
to make that work.
- MSVC's printf implementation of %p uses upper case letters and doesn't
add 0x, so do that manually.
- Accept "SEGV" or "access-violation" reports in crash tests.

Summary:
The lit internal shell is used by default on Windows, and it does not
support bash variable expansion. Because bash variable expansion
interacts with tokenization, it is prohibitively difficult to make the
existing lit shell do general shell variable expansion.
The most common use of shell variables in the asan tests is to add
options to the default set of options set by lit.cfg. We can avoid the
need for variable expansion with a substitution that expands to 'env
ASAN_OPTIONS=<defaults:>'.
This has the side benefit of shortening the RUN lines, so it seemed
better than implementing limited variable expansion in lit.

Summary:
This commit adds symbolize_vs_style=false to every instance of
ASAN_OPTIONS in the asan tests and sets
ASAN_OPTIONS=symbolize_vs_style=false in lit, for tests which don't set
it.
This way we don't need to make the tests be able to deal with both
symbolize styles.
This is the first patch in the series. I will eventually submit for the
other sanitizers too.
We need this change (or another way to deal with the different outputs) in
order to be able to default to symbolize_vs_style=true on some platforms.
Adding to this change, I'm also adding "env " before any command line
which sets environment variables. That way the test works on other host
shells, like we have if the host is running Windows.

Summary:
Always quote suppressions files given to *_OPTIONS.
This will make it not break when given full Windows paths (otherwise,
parsing would stop after the drive's letter + ':').
Also fix one or two cases where the suppression files' extensions were
not *.supp.
