Yevgeny Rouban	18bc400f97	[NewPM][PassInstrumentation] Add PreservedAnalyses parameter to AfterPass* callbacks ... Both AfterPass and AfterPassInvalidated pass instrumentation callbacks get additional parameter of type PreservedAnalyses. This patch was created by @fedor.sergeev. I have just slightly changed it.
