Matt Arsenault 6f2a526101 Add alignment value to allowsUnalignedMemoryAccess
Rename to allowsMisalignedMemoryAccess.

On R600, 8 and 16 byte accesses are mostly OK with 4-byte alignment,
and don't need to be split into multiple accesses. Vector loads with
an alignment of the element type are not uncommon in OpenCL code.

Craig Topper 56c590af3b [C++11] Add 'override' keywords and remove 'virtual'. Additionally add 'final' and leave 'virtual' on some methods that are marked virtual without overriding anything and have no obvious overrides themselves. Mips edition

Reed Kotler ce510830c5 Fix a regression I introduced when I expanded the complex pseudos in
the Mips16 port. A few of the psuedos could either take signed
or unsigned arguments and I did not distinguish the case and improperly
rejected some valid cases that the assembler had previously accepted
when they were pure pseudos that expanded as assembly instructions.

Akira Hatanaka 96ca182904 [mips] Define two subclasses of MipsTargetLowering. Mips16TargetLowering is for
mips16 and MipsSETargetLowering is for mips32/64. 

No functionality changes.
