On AIX, the linker needs to check whether a given lto_module_t contains
any constructor/destructor functions, in order to implement the behavior
of the -bcdtors:all flag. See
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/aix/7.2?topic=l-ld-command for the flag's
documentation.
In llvm IR, constructor (destructor) functions are added to a special
global array @llvm.global_ctors (@llvm.global_dtors).
However, because these two symbols are artificial, they are not visited
during the symbol traversal (using the
lto_module_get_[num_symbols|symbol_name|symbol_attribute] API).
This patch adds a new function to the libLTO interface that checks the
presence of one or both of these two symbols.

In the textual format, `noduplicates` means no COMDAT/section group
deduplication is performed. Therefore, if both sets of sections are retained, and
they happen to define strong external symbols with the same names,
there will be a duplicate definition linker error.
In PE/COFF, the selection kind lowers to `IMAGE_COMDAT_SELECT_NODUPLICATES`.
The name describes the corollary instead of the immediate semantics. The name
can cause confusion to other binary formats (ELF, wasm) which have implemented/
want to implement the "no deduplication" selection kind. Rename it to be clearer.

This patch make coroutine passes run by default in LLVM pipeline. Now
the clang and opt could handle IR inputs containing coroutine intrinsics
without special options.
It should be fine. On the one hand, the coroutine passes seems to be stable
since there are already many projects using coroutine feature.
On the other hand, the coroutine passes should do nothing for IR who doesn't
contain coroutine intrinsic.

This is a first step towards consistently using the term 'executor' for the
process that executes JIT'd code. I've opted for 'executor' as the preferred
term over 'target' as target is already heavily overloaded ("the target
machine for the executor" is much clearer than "the target machine for the
target").
This patch was derived from Valentin Churavy's work in
https://reviews.llvm.org/D104480. It adds support for setting the transform on
an IRTransformLayer, and for accessing the IRTransformLayer in LLJIT. It also
adds access to the ThreadSafeModule::withModuleDo method for thread-safe
access to modules.
A new example has been added to show how to use these APIs to optimize a module
during materialization.

I've taken the following steps to add unwinding support from inline assembly:
1) Add a new `unwind` "attribute" (like `sideeffect`) to the asm syntax:
```
invoke void asm sideeffect unwind "call thrower", "~{dirflag},~{fpsr},~{flags}"()
to label %exit unwind label %uexit
```
2.) Add Bitcode writing/reading support + LLVM-IR parsing.
3.) Emit EHLabels around inline assembly lowering (SelectionDAGBuilder + GlobalISel) when `InlineAsm::canThrow` is enabled.
4.) Tweak InstCombineCalls/InlineFunction pass to not mark inline assembly "calls" as nounwind.
5.) Add clang support by introducing a new clobber: "unwind", which lower to the `canThrow` being enabled.
6.) Don't allow unwinding callbr.

This can be useful for clients constructing custom JIT stacks: If the C API
for your custom stack exposes API to obtain a reference to an object layer
(e.g. LLVMOrcLLJITGetObjLinkingLayer) then the newly added
LLVMOrcObjectLayerAddObjectFile and LLVMOrcObjectLayerAddObjectFileWithRT
functions can be used to add objects directly to that layer.
This reapplies 8740360093, which was reverted in bbddadd46e due to buildbot
errors.
This version checks that a JIT instance can be safely constructed, skipping
tests if it can not be. To enable this it introduces new C API to retrieve and
set the target triple for a JITTargetMachineBuilder.
Adds support for creating custom MaterializationUnits in the C API with the new
LLVMOrcCreateCustomMaterializationUnit function.
Modifies ownership rules for LLVMOrcAbsoluteSymbols to make it consistent with
LLVMOrcCreateCustomMaterializationUnit. This is an ABI breaking change for any
clients of the LLVMOrcAbsoluteSymbols API.
Adds LLVMOrcLLJITGetObjLinkingLayer and LLVMOrcObjectLayerEmit functions to
allow clients to get a reference to an LLJIT instance's linking layer, then
emit an object file using it. This can be used to support construction of
custom materialization units in the common case where those units will
generate an object file that needs to be emitted to complete the
materialization.
in this patch we add a new libLTO API to specify debug options independent of an lto_code_gen_t.
This allows clients to pass codegen flags (through libLTO) which otherwise today are ignored.

This patch adds a new metadata node, DIArgList, which contains a list of SSA
values. This node is in many ways similar in function to the existing
ValueAsMetadata node, with the difference being that it tracks a list instead of
a single value. Internally, it uses ValueAsMetadata to track the individual
values, but there is also a reasonable amount of DIArgList-specific
value-tracking logic on top of that. Similar to ValueAsMetadata, it is a special
case in parsing and printing due to the fact that it requires a function state
(as it may reference function-local values).
This patch should not result in any immediate functional change; it allows for
DIArgLists to be parsed and printed, but debug variable intrinsics do not yet
recognize them as a valid argument (outside of parsing).

The x86_amx is used for AMX intrisics. <256 x i32> is bitcast to x86_amx when
it is used by AMX intrinsics, and x86_amx is bitcast to <256 x i32> when it
is used by load/store instruction. So amx intrinsics only operate on type x86_amx.
It can help to separate amx intrinsics from llvm IR instructions (+-*/).

This patch breaks Orc.h up into Orc.h, LLJIT.h and OrcEE.h.
Orc.h contain core Orc utilities.
LLJIT.h contains LLJIT specific types and functions.
OrcEE.h contains types and functions that depend on ExecutionEngine.
The intent is that these headers should match future library divisions: Clients
who only use Orc.h should only need to link againt the Orc core libraries,
clients using LLJIT.h will also need to link against LLVM core, and clients
using OrcEE.h will also have to link against ExecutionEngine.
In addition to breaking up the Orc.h header this patch introduces functions to:
(1) Set the object linking layer creation function on LLJITBuilder.
(2) Create an RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer instance (particularly for use in (1)).
(3) Register JITEventListeners with an RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.
Together (1), (2) and (3) can be used to force use of RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer
as the underlying JIT linker for LLJIT, rather than the platform default, and
to register event listeners with the RTDyldObjectLinkingLayer.
C API clients can now define a custom definition generator by providing a
callback function (to implement DefinitionGenerator::tryToGenerate) and context
object. All arguments for the DefinitionGenerator::tryToGenerate method have
been given C API counterparts, and the API allows for optionally asynchronous
generation.
