Mircea Trofin 7d541eb4d4 [inliner] Mandatory inlining decisions produce remarks
This also removes the need to disable the mandatory inlining phase in
tests.

In a departure from the previous remark, we don't output a 'cost' in
this case, because there's no such thing. We just report that inlining
happened because of the attribute.

Fangrui Song 76093b1739 [InlineAdvisor] Add single quotes around caller/callee names
Clang diagnostics refer to identifier names in quotes.
This patch makes inline remarks conform to the convention.
New behavior:

```
% clang -O2 -Rpass=inline -Rpass-missed=inline -S a.c
a.c:4:25: remark: 'foo' inlined into 'bar' with (cost=-30, threshold=337) at callsite bar:0:25; [-Rpass=inline]
int bar(int a) { return foo(a); }
                        ^
```

Mircea Trofin e8049dc3c8 [NewPM][Inliner] Move the 'always inliner' case in the same CGSCC pass as 'regular' inliner
Expanding from D94808 - we ensure the same InlineAdvisor is used by both
InlinerPass instances. The notion of mandatory inlining is moved into
the core InlineAdvisor: advisors anyway have to handle that case, so
this change also factors out that a bit better.

Mircea Trofin 5fe10263ab [llvm][inliner] Reuse the inliner pass to implement 'always inliner'
Enable performing mandatory inlinings upfront, by reusing the same logic
as the full inliner, instead of the AlwaysInliner. This has the
following benefits:
- reduce code duplication - one inliner codebase
- open the opportunity to help the full inliner by performing additional
function passes after the mandatory inlinings, but before th full
inliner. Performing the mandatory inlinings first simplifies the problem
the full inliner needs to solve: less call sites, more contextualization, and,
depending on the additional function optimization passes run between the
2 inliners, higher accuracy of cost models / decision policies.

Note that this patch does not yet enable much in terms of post-always
inline function optimization.

Fangrui Song b0b5162fc2 [Driver] Pass -gno-column-info instead of -dwarf-column-info
Making -g[no-]column-info opt out reduces the length of a typical CC1 command line.
Additionally, in a non-debug compile, we won't see -dwarf-column-info.

Leonard Chan e6d2c8dde6 [clang][NewPM] Fixing remaining -O0 tests that are broken under new PM
- CodeGen/flatten.c will fail under new PM becausec the new PM AlwaysInliner
  seems to intentionally inline functions but not call sites marked with
  alwaysinline (D23299)
- Tests that check remarks happen to check them for the inliner which is not
  turned on at O0. These tests just check that remarks work, but we can make
  separate tests for the new PM with -O1 so we can turn on the inliner and
  check the remarks with minimal changes.

Douglas Katzman 3459ce2e5e Stop messing with the 'g' group of options in CompilerInvocation.
With this change, most 'g' options are rejected by CompilerInvocation.
They remain only as Driver options. The new way to request debug info
from cc1 is with "-debug-info-kind={line-tables-only|limited|standalone}"
and "-dwarf-version={2|3|4}". In the absence of a command-line option
to specify Dwarf version, the Toolchain decides it, rather than placing
Toolchain-specific logic in CompilerInvocation.

Also fix a bug in the Windows compatibility argument parsing
in which the "rightmost argument wins" principle failed.

Evgeniy Stepanov 93db40a147 Always_inline codegen rewrite.
Current implementation may end up emitting an undefined reference for
an "inline __attribute__((always_inline))" function by generating an
"available_externally alwaysinline" IR function for it and then failing to
inline all the calls. This happens when a call to such function is in dead
code. As the inliner is an SCC pass, it does not process dead code.

Libc++ relies on the compiler never emitting such undefined reference.

With this patch, we emit a pair of
1. internal alwaysinline definition (called F.alwaysinline)
2a. A stub F() { musttail call F.alwaysinline }
  -- or, depending on the linkage --
2b. A declaration of F.

The frontend ensures that F.inlinefunction is only used for direct
calls, and the stub is used for everything else (taking the address of
the function, really). Declaration (2b) is emitted in the case when
"inline" is meant for inlining only (like __gnu_inline__ and some
other cases).

This approach, among other nice properties, ensures that alwaysinline
functions are always internal, making it impossible for a direct call
to such function to produce an undefined symbol reference.

This patch is based on ideas by Chandler Carruth and Richard Smith.

Alp Toker 7ce5f025a3 Don't generate assembly in backend diagnostic tests
A leftover -S was generating unwanted output in the source tree overriding
-only flags that normally disable output.

Alp Toker 27506271b4 Provide fallback locations for backend remarks
Instead of disembodied diagnostics when debug info is disabled it's now
possible to identify the associated function's location in order to provide
some amount of of context.

We use the definition's body right brace location to differentiate the fallback
from diagnostics that genuinely relate to the function declaration itself (a
convention also used by gcc).

Diego Novillo 6dc9c4814f Fix segmentation fault when mixing -Rpass with #line.
Summary:
When using #line directives, FileManager::getFile() will return a nil
entry. This triggers an assert in translateFileLineCol().

This patch handles nil FileEntry instances by emitting a note that the
location could not be translated back to a SourceLocation. I don't
really like this solution, but we are translating presumed locations,
so some information has already been lost.
