Reid Spencer	daeb5f0900	The previous hack didn't work because tools-only isn't defined and isn't a target at this level of build. There shouldn't be a problem with building the runtime library without llvm-gcc because the Makefile.rules checks for an empty LLVMGCC variable before building bytecode modules. llvm-svn: 21942	2005-05-13 17:42:54 +00:00
