Douglas Gregor 493627ba8b Rewrite default initialization of anonymous structs/unions within a
constructor. Previously, we did some bogus recursion into the fields
of anonymous structs (recursively), which ended up building invalid
ASTs that would cause CodeGen to crash due to invalid GEPs.

Now, we instead build the default initializations based on the
indirect field declarations at the top level, which properly generates
the sequence of GEPs needed to initialize the proper member. Fixes
PR10512 and <rdar://problem/9924046>.

John McCall 9a877fef91 Change an assert into a check. I'm pretty sure there was a point

Andrew Trick 3ec331eaf4 Added a SimplifyIndVar utility to simplify induction variable users
based on ScalarEvolution without changing the induction variable phis.

This utility is the main tool of IndVarSimplifyPass, but the pass also
restructures induction variables in strange ways that are sensitive to
pass ordering. This provides a way for other loop passes to simplify
new uses of induction variables created during transformation. The
utility may be used by any pass that preserves ScalarEvolution. Soon
LoopUnroll will use it.

The net effect in this checkin is to cleanup the IndVarSimplify pass
by factoring out the SimplifyIndVar algorithm into a standalone utility.

Greg Clayton 3418c85771 While tracking down memory consumption issue a few things were needed: the
ability to dump more information about modules in "target modules list". We
can now dump the shared pointer reference count for modules, the pointer to
the module itself (in case performance tools can help track down who has
references to said pointer), and the modification time.

Added "target delete [target-idx ...]" to be able to delete targets when they
are no longer needed. This will help track down memory usage issues and help 
to resolve when module ref counts keep getting incremented. If the command gets
no arguments, the currently selected target will be deleted. If any arguments 
are given, they must all be valid target indexes (use the "target list" 
command to get the current target indexes).

Took care of a bunch of "no newline at end of file" warnings.

TimeValue objects can now dump their time to a lldb_private::Stream object.

Modified the "target modules list --global" command to not error out if there
are no targets since it doesn't require a target.

Fixed an issue in the MacOSX DYLD dynamic loader plug-in where if a shared 
library was updated on disk, we would keep using the older one, even if it was
updated.

Don't allow the ModuleList::GetSharedModule(...) to return an empty module.
Previously we could specify a valid path on disc to a module, and specify an
architecture that wasn't contained in that module and get a shared pointer to
a module that wouldn't be able to return an object file or a symbol file. We
now make sure an object file can be extracted prior to adding the shared pointer
to the module to get added to the shared list.

Andrew Trick b72bbe2a92 Fix the LoopUnroller to handle nontrivial loops and partial unrolling.
These are not individual bug fixes. I had to rewrite a good chunk of
the unroller to make it sane. I think it was getting lucky on trivial
completely unrolled loops with no early exits. I included some fairly
simple unit tests for partial unrolling. I didn't do much stress
testing, so it may not be perfect, but should be usable now.

Jakob Stoklund Olesen 6a14dc01ff Promote VMOVS to VMOVD when possible.
On Cortex-A8, we use the NEON v2f32 instructions for f32 arithmetic. For
better latency, we also send D-register copies down the NEON pipeline by
translating them to vorr instructions.

This patch promotes even S-register copies to D-register copies when
possible so they can also go down the NEON pipeline.  Example:

        vldr.32 s0, LCPI0_0
    loop:
        vorr    d1, d0, d0
    loop2:
        ...
        vadd.f32        d1, d1, d16

The vorr instruction looked like this after regalloc:

    %S2<def> = COPY %S0, %D1<imp-def>

Copies involving odd S-registers, and copies that don't define the full
D-register are left alone.

NAKAMURA Takumi 4f041651dd VMCore/BasicBlock.cpp: Don't assume BasicBlock::iterator might end with a non-PHInode Instruction in successors.
Frontends(eg. clang) might pass incomplete form of IR, to step off the way beyond iterator end. In the case I had met, it took infinite loop due to meeting bogus PHInode.
