Nick Lewycky cc924c7483 Enable RTTI again. While this works fine for LLVM, it creates an ABI 
incompatibility with some clients covered by the buildbots, such as llvm-gcc.

Erick Tryzelaar 444c0955af Rewrite makefiles to explicitly reference DESTDIR to fix bug 3153. 
We need this so can not bake DESTDIR into the O'Caml symlinks.

Chris Lattner 7ba0661f27 Stop building RTTI information for *most* llvm libraries. Notable 
missing ones are libsupport, libsystem and libvmcore.  libvmcore is
currently blocked on bugpoint, which uses EH.  Once it stops using
EH, we can switch it off.

This #if 0's out 3 unit tests, because gtest requires RTTI information.
Suggestions welcome on how to fix this.

Chris Lattner 24fe771dd3 Fix PR835 so that touching tblgen in a way that doesn't affect intrinsic 
generation does not rebuild files that just use intrinsic info.

Reid Spencer a647c7ff42 Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, 
BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate
these changes. This was done to speed up link times.
