Justin Bogner 837a6f6f79 CodeGen: Use LLVM's InstrProfReader in -fprofile-instr-use=
Update clang to use the InstrProfReader from LLVM to read
instrumentation based profile data. This also switches us from the
naive text format to the binary format, since that's what's
implemented in the reader.

NAKAMURA Takumi 7da9487dd4 [CMake] Get rid of explicit dependencies to include/clang/*.inc and introduce CLANG_TABLEGEN_TARGETS.
This does;
  - clang_tablegen() adds each tblgen'd target to global property CLANG_TABLEGEN_TARGETS as list.
  - List of targets is added to LLVM_COMMON_DEPENDS.
  - all clang libraries and targets depend on generated headers.

You might wonder this would be regression, but in fact, this is little loss.
  - Almost all of clang libraries depend on tblgen'd files and clang-tblgen.
  - clang-tblgen may cause short stall-out but doesn't cause unconditional rebuild.
  - Each library's dependencies to tblgen'd files might vary along headers' structure.
    It made hard to track and update *really optimal* dependencies.

Each dependency to intrinsics_gen and ClangSACheckers is left as DEPENDS.

Reid Kleckner b40a27dad8 [ms-cxxabi] Move VBTableBuilder from CodeGen over to AST/VTableBuilder.cpp
Summary:
No functionality change.

This code should live here long-term because we should be able to use it
to compute correct vftable names.

It turns out that the most natural way to implement the naming algorithm
is to use a caching layer similar to what we already have for virtual
table info in VTableContext.  Subsequent changes will take advantage of
this to fix PR17748, where we have a vbtable name collision.

Mark Lacey a8e7df3602 Add CodeGenABITypes.h for use in LLDB.
CodeGenABITypes is a wrapper built on top of CodeGenModule that exposes
some of the functionality of CodeGenTypes (held by CodeGenModule),
specifically methods that determine the LLVM types appropriate for
function argument and return values.

I addition to CodeGenABITypes.h, CGFunctionInfo.h is introduced, and the
definitions of ABIArgInfo, RequiredArgs, and CGFunctionInfo are moved
into this new header from the private headers ABIInfo.h and CGCall.h.

Exposing this functionality is one part of making it possible for LLDB
to determine the actual ABI locations of function arguments and return
values, making it possible for it to determine this for any supported
target without hard-coding ABI knowledge in the LLDB code.

Reid Kleckner 7810af0a43 [ms-cxxabi] Emit and install appropriately mangled vbtables
In Itanium, dynamic classes have one vtable with several different
address points for dynamic base classes that can't share vtables.

In the MS C++ ABI, each vbtable that can't be shared gets its own
symbol, similar to how ctor vtables work in Itanium.  However, instead
of mangling the subobject offset into the symbol, the unique portions of
the inheritance path are mangled into the symbol to make it unique.

This patch implements the MSVC 2012 scheme for forming unique vbtable
symbol names.  MSVC 2010 use the same mangling with a different subset
of the path.  Implementing that mangling and possibly others is TODO.

Each vbtable is an array of i32 offsets from the vbptr that points to it
to another virtual base subobject.  The first entry of a vbtable always
points to the base of the current subobject, implying that it is the
same no matter which parent class contains it.

Dmitri Gribenko ec92531c29 Implement AST classes for comments, a real parser for Doxygen comments and a
very simple semantic analysis that just builds the AST; minor changes for lexer
to pick up source locations I didn't think about before.

Comments AST is modelled along the ideas of HTML AST: block and inline content.

* Block content is a paragraph or a command that has a paragraph as an argument
  or verbatim command.
* Inline content is placed within some block.  Inline content includes plain
  text, inline commands and HTML as tag soup.

Chandler Carruth 28969b4139 Remove a goofy CMake hack and use the standard CMake facilities to
express library-level dependencies within Clang.

This is no more verbose really, and plays nicer with the rest of the
CMake facilities. It should also have no change in functionality.

Peter Collingbourne 702b2841a4 When destroying temporaries, instead of a custom cleanup use the
generic pushDestroy function.

This would reduce the number of useful declarations in
CGTemporaries.cpp to one.  Since CodeGenFunction::EmitCXXTemporary
does not deserve its own file, move it to CGCleanup.cpp and delete
CGTemporaries.cpp.

Nick Lewycky 207bce31e1 Wire up the -ftest-coverage and -fprofile-arcs flags to .gcno file emission (at
compile time) and .gcda emission (at runtime). --coverage enables both.

This does not yet add the profile_rt library to the link step if -fprofile-arcs
is enabled when linking.

Peter Collingbourne 0ff0b37627 Move name mangling support from CodeGen to AST. In the
process, perform a number of refactorings:

- Move MiscNameMangler member functions to MangleContext
- Remove GlobalDecl dependency from MangleContext
- Make MangleContext abstract and move Itanium/Microsoft functionality
  to their own classes/files
- Implement ASTContext::createMangleContext and have CodeGen use it

No (intended) functionality change.

Daniel Dunbar c1b1729b66 Break Frontend's dependency on Rewrite, Checker and CodeGen in shared library configuration
Currently, all AST consumers are located in the Frontend library,
meaning that in a shared library configuration, Frontend has a
dependency on Rewrite, Checker and CodeGen.  This is suboptimal for
clients which only wish to make use of the frontend.  CodeGen in
particular introduces a large number of unwanted dependencies.

This patch breaks the dependency by moving all AST consumers with
dependencies on Rewrite, Checker and/or CodeGen to their respective
libraries.  The patch therefore introduces dependencies in the other
direction (i.e. from Rewrite, Checker and CodeGen to Frontend).

After applying this patch, Clang builds correctly using CMake and
shared libraries ("cmake -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON").

N.B. This patch includes file renames which are indicated in the
patch body.

Changes in this revision of the patch:
 - Fixed some copy-paste mistakes in the header files
 - Modified certain aspects of the coding to comply with the LLVM
   Coding Standards

Alexis Hunt ed05325dbe Convert DeclNodes to use TableGen.
The macros required for DeclNodes use have changed to match the use of
StmtNodes. The FooFirst enumerator constants have been named firstFoo
to match usage elsewhere.

Charles Davis 4e786ddccb IRgen: Add a stub class for generating ABI-specific C++ code.
This class only supports name mangling (which is apparently used during C/ObjC
codegen). For now only the Itanium C++ ABI is supported. Patches to add a
second C++ ABI are forthcoming.

Douglas Gregor 5fec5b0495 Add basic support for C++ name mangling according to the Itanium C++
ABI to the CodeGen library. Since C++ code-generation is so
incomplete, we can't exercise much of this mangling code. However, a
few smoke tests show that it's doing the same thing as GCC. When C++
codegen matures, we'll extend the ABI tester to verify name-mangling
as well, and complete the implementation here.

At this point, the major client of name mangling is in the uses of the
new "overloadable" attribute in C, which allows overloading. Any
"overloadable" function in C (or in an extern "C" block in C++) will
be mangled the same way that the corresponding C++ function would be
mangled.
