Ed Maste b41bb6c1b7 [Driver] Default to contemporary FreeBSD profiling behaviour
Prior to FreeBSD 14, FreeBSD provided special _p.a libraries for use
with -pg. They are no longer used or provided. If the target does
not specify a major version (e.g. amd64-unknown-freebsd, rather than
amd64-unknown-freebsd12) default to the new behaviour.

Jan Beich 2dec2aa3ad [Driver] Default to libc++ on FreeBSD
All supported FreeBSD releases use libc++, so default to it if the
target's major version is not specified.

Ed Maste a40dcd060e [Driver] correct typo in FreeBSD 14 test
The test specified amd64-unknown-freebsd40.0 rather than 14.0. Since
40 is greater than 14 the test (for behaviour new in FreeBSD 14) worked
despite the typo.

Ed Maste 699d47472c [Driver] do not link _p libs for -pg on FreeBSD 14 and later
In FreeBSD 14 the project will deprecate the _p special profiling
libraries.

Support for -pg (i.e., mcount) still exists but libraries compiled
with -pg will not be built by default, so stop linking against them.

Dimitry Andric 6090739f8d As reported in https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=25496, on FreeBSD,
C++ programs compiled for profiling (using `-pg`) should be linked with
`-lc++_p` (or `-lstdc++_p`, depending on the `-stdlib=` setting), not
with the regular C++ libraries.

Add a `FreeBSD::AddCXXStdlibLibArgs()` override to handle this, and add
a test case for it. While here, extend the test case for the proper
passing of -lm and -lm_p.

Nico Weber 08ef80f4b8 Rename test.cc files to test.cpp.
The lit.cfg files only add .cpp to suffixes, so these tests used to never run,
oops. (Also tweak to of these tests in minor ways to make the actually pass.)
