Summary:
Remove empty subclass in the process.
This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

If the src, dst and size of a memcpy are known to be 4 byte aligned we
can call __memcpy_4() instead of memcpy().
