Richard Smith 913f600566 Canonicalize declaration pointers when forming APValues.
References to different declarations of the same entity aren't different
values, so shouldn't have different representations.

Recommit of e6393ee813, most recently
reverted in 9a33f027ac due to a bug caused
by ObjCInterfaceDecls not propagating availability attributes along
their redeclaration chains; that bug was fixed in
e2d4174e9c.

References to different declarations of the same entity aren't different

Recommit of e6393ee813 with fixed handling
for weak declarations. We now look for attributes on the most recent
declaration when determining whether a declaration is weak. (Second
recommit with further fixes for mishandling of weak declarations. Our
behavior here is fundamentally unsound -- see PR47663 -- but this
approach attempts to not make things worse.)

Hans Wennborg c9bd88e681 Remove the -cxx-abi command-line flag.
This makes the C++ ABI depend entirely on the target: MS ABI for -win32 triples,
Itanium otherwise. It's no longer possible to do weird combinations.

To be able to run a test with a specific ABI without constraining it to a
specific triple, new substitutions are added to lit: %itanium_abi_triple and
%ms_abi_triple can be used to get the current target triple adjusted to the
desired ABI. For example, if the test suite is running with the i686-pc-win32
target, %itanium_abi_triple will expand to i686-pc-mingw32.

Nick Lewycky d78cfd57eb Do not depend on the standard library on the system. Replace the #include with
the relevant section of libcxx.

As an aside, I am not at all confident that this test is still testing that it's
supposed to.
