Andy Gibbs c6e68daac0 Prior to adding the new "expected-no-diagnostics" directive to VerifyDiagnosticConsumer, make the necessary adjustment to 580 test-cases which will henceforth require this new directive.

Nick Lewycky 411fc65b45 Add a new warning, -Wover-aligned, which detects attempts to use the default 
allocator to construct an object which declares more alignment than the default
allocator actually provides. Fixes PR9527!
