As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format, print
MBB references as '%bb.5'.
The MIR printer prints the IR name of a MBB only for block definitions.

This is a 1-line patch (with a TODO for AVX because that will affect
even more regression tests) that lets us substitute the appropriate
64-bit store for the float/double/int domains.
It's not clear to me exactly what the difference is between the 0xD6 (MOVPQI2QImr) and
0x7E (MOVSDto64mr) opcodes, but this is apparently the right choice.

Essentially the same as the GEP change in r230786.
A similar migration script can be used to update test cases, though a few more
test case improvements/changes were required this time around: (r229269-r229278)
import fileinput
import sys
import re
pat = re.compile(r"((?:=|:|^)\s*load (?:atomic )?(?:volatile )?(.*?))(| addrspace\(\d+\) *)\*($| *(?:%|@|null|undef|blockaddress|getelementptr|addrspacecast|bitcast|inttoptr|\[\[[a-zA-Z]|\{\{).*$)")
for line in sys.stdin:
sys.stdout.write(re.sub(pat, r"\1, \2\3*\4", line))

This script catches a superset of the cases caught by the script associated with commit r186280. It initially found some false positives due to unusual constructs in a minority of tests; all such cases were disambiguated first in commit r186621.

multiple scalars and insert them into a vector. Next, we shuffle the elements
into the correct places, as before.
Also fix a small dagcombine bug in SimplifyBinOpWithSameOpcodeHands, when the
migration of bitcasts happened too late in the SelectionDAG process.
