The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

Warren Ristow 8b2f27ce3a [InstCombine] Enable Add/Sub simplifications with only 'reassoc' FMF 
These simplifications were previously enabled only with isFast(), but that
is more restrictive than required. Since r317488, FMF has 'reassoc' to
control these cases at a finer level.

Chad Rosier 11ab941644 [Reassociation] Add support for reassociation with unsafe algebra. 
Vector instructions are (still) not supported for either integer or floating
point.  Hopefully, that work will be landed shortly.
