Rumeet Dhindsa 9d9113fc13 Allow oformat to accept format starting with elf as acceptable format. isOutputFormatBinary returns false in such case. 
Example: --oformat elf64-x86-64

Rui Ueyama b397ab5895 Use od instead of hexdump. 
od is defined by POSIX and exists since version 1 AT&T Unix.
hexdump is not part of any standard as far as I know.
So od is a better choice than hexdump.

George Rimar 86ce267a4a [ELF] - Implemented --oformat binary option. 
-oformat output-format
`-oformat' option can be used to specify the binary format for the output object file.

Patch implements binary format output type.
