John Brawn 70605f7d22 [ARM] Use AEABI aligned function variants 
AEABI defines aligned variants of memcpy etc. that can be faster than
the default version due to not having to do alignment checks. When
emitting target code for these functions make use of these aligned
variants if possible. Also convert memset to memclr if possible.

Benjamin Kramer a7c40ef022 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

Eric Christopher 70e005a171 Have ARMSelectionDAGInfo take a DataLayout as it's argument as the 
DAG has access to the subtarget and TargetSelectionDAGInfo only
needs a DataLayout.

Andrew Trick ef9de2a739 Track IR ordering of SelectionDAG nodes 2/4. 
Change SelectionDAG::getXXXNode() interfaces as well as call sites of
these functions to pass in SDLoc instead of DebugLoc.

Renato Golin 4cd5187f5b RTABI chapter 4.3.4 specifies __eabi_mem* calls. Specifically, __eabi_memset accepts parameters (ptr, size, value) in a different order than GNU's memset (ptr, value, size), therefore the special lowering in AAPCS mode. Implementation by Evzen Muller.

Chris Lattner 2510de2bea reimplement memcpy/memmove/memset lowering to use MachinePointerInfo 
instead of srcvalue/offset pairs.  This corrects SV info for mem 
operations whose size is > 32-bits.

Dan Gohman bb919dfb6b Implement a bunch more TargetSelectionDAGInfo infrastructure. 
Move EmitTargetCodeForMemcpy, EmitTargetCodeForMemset, and
EmitTargetCodeForMemmove out of TargetLowering and into
SelectionDAGInfo to exercise this.
