Hubert Tong 2cded44d82 Fix assertion failure in TransformOpaqueValueExpr
Summary:
`OpaqueValueExpr`s may not have a source expression (as in the case when
they are created due to a default argument error).
This can cause an assertion failure in `TransformOpaqueValueExpr` during
template instantiation.

This patch fixes the assertion failure.

Bail out for those: we can't use them, as the shuffles we want to

David Majnemer 6ddc636862 [MC] Add support for generating COFF CRCs
COFF sections are accompanied with an auxiliary symbol which includes a
checksum. This checksum used to be filled with just zero but this seems
to upset LINK.exe when it is processing a /INCREMENTAL link job.
Instead, fill the CheckSum field with the JamCRC of the section
contents. This matches MSVC's behavior.

This fixes PR19666.

N.B. A rather simple implementation of JamCRC is given. It implements
a byte-wise calculation using the method given by Sarwate. There are
implementations with higher throughput like slice-by-eight and making
use of PCLMULQDQ. We can switch to one of those techniques if it turns
out to be a significant use of time.

Sanjay Patel 30145677a8 rename "slow-unaligned-mem-under-32" to slow-unaligned-mem-16" (NFCI)
This is a follow-on suggested by:

http://reviews.llvm.org/D10662 ( http://reviews.llvm.org/rL245075 )

This makes the attribute name match most of the existing lowering logic
and regression test expectations.

But the current use of this attribute is inconsistent; see the FIXME
comment for "allowsMisalignedMemoryAccesses()". That change will
result in functional changes and should be coming soon.

Original commit message:

[modules] Rework serialized DeclContext lookup table management. Instead of
walking the loaded ModuleFiles looking for lookup tables for the context, store
them all in one place, and merge them together if we find we have too many
(currently, more than 4). If we do merge, include the merged form in our
serialized lookup table, so that downstream readers never need to look at our
imports' tables.

This gives a huge performance improvement to builds with very large numbers of
modules (in some cases, more than a 2x speedup was observed).

Enrico Granata 980c0484c5 Add support for language plugins to provide data formatters (second attempt)
Historically, data formatters all exist in a global repository (the category map)
On top of that, some formatters can be "hardcoded" when the conditions under which they apply are not expressible as a typename (or typename regex)

This change paves the way to move formatters into per-language buckets such that the C++ plugin is responsible for ownership of the C++ formatters, and so on
The advantages of this are:
a) language formatters only get created when they might apply
b) formatters for a language are clearly owned by the matching language plugin

The current model is one of static instantiation, that is a language knows the full set of formatters it vends and that is only asked-for once, and then handed off to the FormatManager
In a future revision it might be interesting to add similar ability to the language runtimes, and monitor for certain shared library events to add even more library-specific formatters

No formatters are moved as part of this change, so practically speaking this is NFC

Tobias Grosser 2df884f95a ScopInfo: use project_out instead of remove_dims
By just removing dimensions (and the constraints they are involved in) we
may loose information about the dimensions we do not remove. By instead
using project_out, we are sure all constraints on the outer dimensions are
preserved.

No test case, as this error condition is very unlikely to be triggered by
isl's current code. We still 'fix' this, as isl gives little guarantees
regarding the behavior of remove_divs.

David Majnemer abdb2d2aba [MC] Allow MCObjectWriter's output stream to be swapped out
There are occasions where it is useful to consider the entirety of the
contents of a section. For example, compressed debug info needs the
entire section available before it can compress it and write it out.
The compressed debug info scenario was previously implemented by
mirroring the implementation of writeSectionData in the ELFObjectWriter.

Instead, allow the output stream to be swapped on demand. This lets
callers redirect the output stream to a more convenient location before
it hits the object file.

No functionality change is intended.
